Great communication with the rental agency. Answered all questions promptly. The condo was excellent. They thought of everything you need including a Key Lime Pie in the fridge! There were beach chairs, a Kuerig, plenty of towels, beach towels, you name it. I will stay here again. It's one of the nicest places I've visited. The pool area and view were awesome.

Easy to check in, he was waiting for us when we pulled in. He helped us to our parking space, up to our room and showed us around. Place was clean and the views were amazing. Easy walking distance to the beach, minutes.

Brian was an awesome host! He communicated with us ahead of our travel time, and during our travels. He gave us concise directions to the place and very clear instructions on how to gain entry. Brian did end up meeting us at the entrance, walked us up to our condo, and explained where everything was precisely. He was more than happy to give us recommendations on restaurants, beaches and activities when we asked. He kept us within instant communication when we did have and questions. The condo itself is extremely spacious, very tastefully decorated, and beautiful location overlooking a preserve area and the beach. Three patio doors to a large balcony! One from each of the bedrooms as well as one from the living room area. Our rental Suburban was too large to park inside, but plenty of room in their parking lot. The pool and community area is spectacular! It is like it's own little world of foliage, pathways, picnic/grilling areas, book room, exercise room! HIGHLY recommend!

Our extended family ages ranging from 2.5 to 52 stayed 5 nights in Key West on the atlantic seafront 'Walking on sunshine" condo at 1800 Atlantic Blvd. Our rental was like paradise in a bottle! The unit was beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, wall art, window coverings, and top of the line fixtures and equipment. It also came stocked with everything a family could need on a island stay. From colorful beach towels and chairs, pool noodles, rolling cooler, and even grilling utensils for those days poolside cooking out. The kitchen was filled with more than just essentials. Picture everything in your own kitchen at your finger tips with spices, and formal dining ware. And did i meantion the full drinkware bar! There was starter items such as paper towels, TP, dishwashing detergents and laundry supplies. We only had to make a trip to the grocery store for food and drinks. Literally everything else was provided for us. We will definitely consider this rental again. As I said, "paradise in a bottle" just pop the cork and enjoy this lavish place. Oh, by the way the private community pool, hot tub, gym, and library all oceansjide was impeccable too!

Rare vacation rental that looks just as good in person :) Beautiful unobstructed ocean views, super clean, comfortable unit. Attention to detail shows with the fully stocked linen closet, even beach towels, chairs and cooler were available. Fabulous waterfront saltwater pool and hot tub were so relaxing.The unit and the property grounds were well cared for, plenty of lounger chairs by the pool any time of day. The location is a little outside old town but close enough to easily catch an Uber to town or airport for about $13 (Ubers were plentiful around town). For those with limited mobility it may be helpful to know beds are quite high off the ground, and the gym area was a very tight space with older equipment. Considering the space, amenities and stunning view it felt like good value for the money.

Great place with gorgeous views. Not readily walking distance to downtown, but an easy Uber drive. Wonderful facility. Our refrigerator broke in the middle of the vacation, and it was a Friday so the owners could not get a repair man in too readily. Provided us with a temporary fridge. and even bought us milk to replace our spoiled carton. Recommend highly for families.

Last Key was great. Brian met us to let us into the condo which was as pictured. There were plenty of beach towels and bath towels as well as extra blankets. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was a short bike ride to some restaurants. The concierge at Last Key arranged a snorkeling trip for us. Over all it was a great stay.

Walking on sunshine was nothing but the best! Beautifully decorated and well maintained. I appreciated not having to run to the store for garbage bags, soaps and detergents. And all items were brand new, never opened. The location was quiet and perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Absolutely wonderful! The views the condo was exactly as pictured. It was very nice the kitchen was already stocked with some spices and the house with starter necessities. It was a bit from Duvall but we didn’t mind taxing since it was so quiet and peacefully once we went back relax. Chris was very helpful and responsive every step of the way!

We stayed at "Walking on Sunshine" in Key West, and all I can say is-stay here! Check in was a breeze, and the communciation was fantastic. The building itself is quiet and family friendly. The condo was beautiful and clean, and very comfortable. The view for morning coffee can't be beat. Our kids had a great time and while it was very well decorated, I wasn't terrified they would break everything. The kitchen has a great set up, and having a washer/dryer in the condo is an added bonus for families. Highly recomment and give 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up!

The condo has everything you could possibly need and the view from the balcony is spectacular! The location, while not within walking distance to the hub of Key West, is quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean with nice amenities. We loved the deck -had a nice view of the ocean and could see cruise ships coming in from a distance. We enjoyed the location. We are walkers so found the walk to Duval street very nice. Ubers were readily available when needed. Communication was excellent with the property manager and he met us to gain entry and show us the place. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We loved staying at this property, it was clean and well stocked. We had a rental car so i was nice to have a dedicated parking space, key west is less than 10 minutes away so it’s in a perfect location but still quiet and peaceful for a good nights rest. The view from the balcony was wonderful and we enjoyed having coffee out there. It would be nice for the master bedroom to have blackout curtains but other than that, the bed was super comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows. Everything was great, we would definitely stay here again!

Really nice condo in Key West. Outside of the main tourist area (Duval Street...required transportation to go there) but peaceful and quiet.
Last Key made the visit particularly memorable. They are very organized company...easy to reach, very responsive and with tons of local knowledge. They assign a personal concierge to help with the visit. Ours was Brian, who was fantastic!

The condo was nice, very spacious, and well equipped. Although we didn't take advantage of the kitchen by cooking, nor did we use the washer/dryer, both were there and would have been great if we had stayed longer. There are great views both from the master bedroom and the main living room. Unfortunately for us, and not a fault of the place, we were there a week after a torrential rain and the nature preserve just to the right of the building, and adjacent to the balcony, had standing water which had been sitting for a week, and so what would normally have been an attractive plus, worked to our detriment as it had a not very pleasant smell. The location is not near the bustling tourist area, but that is easily accessible. And in cooler times than when we were there would be walkable, although perhaps not the most inspiring walk. There's a great restaurant, Salute On the Beach, just .4 of a mile from the condo with a great view and great atmosphere.

The best place I’ve stayed yet. Some places post photos and doesn’t look like the place at all upon arrival. Not this one!! Sean and all of the staff was accommodating, easy to speak with, they make reservations, order and deliver groceries AND they fulfilled my request for a Bull Murray picture on my nightstand. 406 Walking On Sunshine was even better than we expected and will plan my future trip here around this specific penthouse. Don’t hesitate if you find this location open. It was perfectly located between Duval and everything else you may want to experience. Thanks for hosting our girls trip! We will see you again.

Property is Awesome. Greg our property manager was great! We had an issue with the frig not making ice and he brought ice to us. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook meals with. Loved that they had more than just 4 towels in the bathroom. The closet was full of towels, hand towels and wash cloths. We were there for 5 days and had enough start up of toilet paper and other amenities that we did not have to buy those things. The shower in the master bedroom is amazing! Want one of those at my house! Duvall street is a short ride in a Uber and if you like to ride bikes rent those and you can easily ride everywhere. We will definitely be staying again.

This was the most seamless vacation rental experience I have ever had. Our group task me with booking all reservations so the pressure was on. There wasn’t as many two king bedroom with ocean view as I thought there would be, so when I found “WALKING ON SUNSHINE” it immediately caught my eye. After first making contact with the property management, and then finding out they also book reservations at restaurants, tours or adventure events, my decision was a no brainer. Danny (property manager) was the best. Constant contact before we left and even checked up on us while we were there. My wife and I stopped in the office right off of Duval and met Cecilly who was awesome. She found and booked a very hard to come by boat rental that we were after. No an easy thing to do but she went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Really Amazing customer service ALL AROUND. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Key West!!! Thanks again guys.

Great experience - condo was exactly as represented online - upscale furnishings/finishes. Pool area very large & nicely landscaped, plenty of loungers by pool. Duval/restaurants easily accessible by golf cart. No need to rent car. Property mgmt made check-in/concierge services a breeze.

Absolutely gorgeous and immaculately clean property! The views were amazing from both the bedrooms and the family room/kitchen. If you like to cook the kitchen is stocked with about every gadget imaginable. Convenient to beach and tourist areas yet quiet and peaceful! You won’t be disappointed here!?

My family and I were very impressed with this condo. The location is perfect! We had a very nice view of the ocean and it is located on the top floor which in my opinion is the best. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated, and equipped with everything needed plus more. The shower in the master bathroom is amazing!!! Love it! Dan from Last Key Reality was so helpful and got back to us right away with suggestions on things to do during our vacation in Key West. The key lime pie he left for us was a nice surprise and delicious! I highly recommend renting this condo.

The property is very nice and well appointed. Great views from balcony. Pool area was perfect with a little sandy "beach" area (doesn't walk directly into water) for additional space if pool is too crowded. Located close enough to bike to downtown area for great meals and shopping. Location also close to public beach to enjoy water and sand. Garage to park cars and store bikes was an added plus. All around a great location and would highly recommend.

We stayed here for our wedding and had my brother in law and his wife stay with us as well. My mother in law also stayed in this complex but exactly two floors down. Their condo was same floor plan but looked like it was from the 70s Our condo was updated and extremely nice. The shower is HUGE and was great to have. We would 100% stay here again. Communication was easy and stress free

This is a very nice place as the price reflects. There was an incident with the washing machine that apparently had happened before we checked in but didn't get fixed. Danny contacted us to get it fixed and we enjoyed talking with him. I do feel that it should have been addressed prior to our checking in but would not hesitate to stay here again.

A++ property in a B+ building. Great pool, on the beach but not accessible for beach walks. Roughly 1.5 mile walk to the hustle and bustle of Duval street, etc. Perfect place to relax, enjoy the pool, and excellent views (sunsets) from the balcony. Two parks less than half mile away that were perfect for our 2 yr old. Would recommend to anyone looking for a more relaxing stay in Key West.
