The property is walking distance from Smathers beach and is very close to the airport. It is also within 15 mins drive to Duval Street. The views of the Atlantic from all rooms of this property is fantastic. One can spend the entire day enjoying the views from the balcony while having your favorite drink or with a book. The interiors were clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all utensils one can imagine to prepare a meal and was stocked with common spices. It even had a variety of kitchen appliances. Brian B, The Guest Service Coordinator was excellent. He was welcoming, and walked us through in detail as we walked in. I highly recommend this property and would rent it again if I were to visit Key West.

Great communication with the rental agency. Answered all questions promptly. The condo was excellent. They thought of everything you need including a Key Lime Pie in the fridge! There were beach chairs, a Kuerig, plenty of towels, beach towels, you name it. I will stay here again. It's one of the nicest places I've visited.

He kept us within instant communication when we did have and questions.   The condo itself is extremely spacious, very tastefully decorated, and beautiful location overlooking a preserve area and the beach. Three patio doors to a large balcony! One from each of the bedrooms as well as one from the living room area. Our rental Suburban was too large to park inside, but plenty of room in their parking lot. The pool and community area is spectacular! It is like it's own little world of foliage, pathways, picnic/grilling areas, book room, exercise room! HIGHLY recommend!

We just finished a four night stay at “Walking on Sunshine” condo in Key West. Not only was the condo a perfect location, but the amenities and cleanliness was top notch! The communication with Last Key Realty (especially with Brian Bierman) was outstanding from the beginning of the booking process, during our stay, all the way through check out. And the key lime pie they left for us was an added treat! Definitely recommend!

Not readily walking distance to downtown, but an easy Uber drive. Wonderful facility. Our refrigerator broke in the middle of the vacation, and it was a Friday so the owners could not get a repair man in too readily. Provided us with a temporary fridge. and even bought us milk to replace our spoiled carton. Recommend highly for families.

Rare vacation rental that looks just as good in person :) Beautiful unobstructed ocean views, super clean, comfortable unit. Attention to detail shows with the fully stocked linen closet, even beach towels, chairs and cooler were available. Fabulous waterfront saltwater pool and hot tub were so relaxing.The unit and the property grounds were well cared for, plenty of lounger chairs by the pool any time of day. The location is a little outside old town but close enough to easily catch an Uber to town or airport for about $13 (Ubers were plentiful around town). For those with limited mobility it may be helpful to know beds are quite high off the ground, and the gym area was a very tight space with older equipment. Considering the space, amenities and stunning view it felt like good value for the money.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean with nice amenities. We loved the deck -had a nice view of the ocean and could see cruise ships coming in from a distance. We enjoyed the location. We are walkers so found the walk to Duval street very nice. Ubers were readily available when needed. Communication was excellent with the property manager and he met us to gain entry and show us the place. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We loved staying at this property, it was clean and well stocked. We had a rental car so it was nice to have a dedicated parking space, key west is less than 10 minutes away so it’s in a perfect location but still quiet and peaceful for a good night's rest. The view from the balcony was wonderful and we enjoyed having coffee out there. The bed was super comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows. Everything was great, we would definitely stay here again!

We had a rental car so i was nice to have a dedicated parking space, key west is less than 10 minutes away so it’s in a perfect location but still quiet and peaceful for a good nights rest. It would be nice for the master bedroom to have blackout curtains but other than that, the bed was super comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows. Really nice condo in Key West. Outside of the main tourist area (Duval Street...required transportation to go there) but peaceful and quiet.
Last Key made the visit particularly memorable. They are very organized company...easy to reach, very responsive and with tons of local knowledge. They assign a personal concierge to help with the visit. Ours was Brian, who was fantastic!

In the past I've had AirBnB rentals that don't look anything like the photos - Not this one!!  This condo is absolutely gorgeous, just like the pictures show it.    Sean and all of the staff was accommodating, easy to speak with, they make reservations AND they fulfilled my request for a Bill Murray picture on my nightstand.   Walking On Sunshine was even better than we expected and will plan my future trip here around this specific penthouse. Don’t hesitate if you find this location open. It was perfectly located between Duval and everything else you may want to experience. Thanks for hosting our girls trip! We will see you again.

Beautifully appointed property. We could not have asked for a more attentive host. Sean made sure our check in went well and was responsive with any questions. The condo was beautiful and clean, stocked with linens and beach towels, chairs and cooler. A welcome package was a nice touch! The location was perfect, with waterfront pool and guest beach and connected to Smathers beach. We loved it!

The best place I’ve stayed yet. Some places post photos and doesn’t look like the place at all upon arrival. Not this one!! Walking on Sunshine is a beautiful unit with great views! So peaceful to enjoy the sunrise / sunset every day. Loved that there was plenty of extra towels and linens you don't always have that. No complaints at all and would definitely stay there again.

Property is Awesome. Greg our property manager was great!  Kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook meals with. Loved that they had more than just 4 towels in the bathroom. The closet was full of towels, hand towels and wash cloths. We were there for 5 days and had enough start up of toilet paper and other amenities that we did not have to buy those things. The shower in the master bedroom is amazing! Want one of those at my house! Duval street is a short ride in a Uber and if you like to ride bikes rent those and you can easily ride everywhere. We will definitely be staying again.

This was the most seamless vacation rental experience I have ever had. Our group task me with booking all reservations so the pressure was on. There wasn’t as many two king bedroom with ocean view as I thought there would be, so when I found “WALKING ON SUNSHINE” it immediately caught my eye. After first making contact with the property management, and then finding out they also book reservations at restaurants, tours or adventure events, my decision was a no brainer. Danny (property manager) was the best. Constant contact before we left and even checked up on us while we were there. My wife and I stopped in the office right off of Duval and met Cecilly who was awesome. She found and booked a very hard to come by boat rental that we were after. No an easy thing to do but she went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Really Amazing customer service ALL AROUND. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Key West!!! Thanks again guys.

My family and I were very impressed with this condo. The location is perfect! We had a very nice view of the ocean and it is located on the top floor which in my opinion is the best. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated, and equipped with everything needed plus more.   The shower in the master bathroom is amazing!!! Love it!   Dan from Last Key Reality was so helpful and got back to us right away with suggestions on things to do during our vacation in Key West. The key lime pie he left for us was a nice surprise and delicious! I highly recommend renting this condo.

Stayed at the 1800 Blvd properties in Key West. The room was great with excellent A/C. We stayed in room 406. Great views of the water, lots of towels, clean, pool was great and access to the ocean. Garage parking to keep the car out of the sun. Daniel assisted us when needed. I’d easily recommend and would stay again.

We visited Key West in October 2020. Last Key's staff was very responsive and helpful. Their concierge service set up some great activities and chef services for us. The home was very clean and well stocked. My son broke his foot on the last day of our trip, which caused his departure to be a little later on check out day. The cleaning staff was very helpful in "cleaning around his room" until he could get to the airport on a later flight. I will definitely use Last Key rentals in the future!

Their condo was same floor plan but looked like it was from the 70s Our condo was updated and extremely nice. The shower is HUGE and was great to have. We would 100% stay here again. Communication was easy and stress free.

I decided rather last minute to run away to Key West from Miami for a week. I found Last Key Realty online and from the start, they were excellent to work with. They gave me great advice and perspective on location and property to rent. They provided excellent service to ensure a safe, contactless check in. My favorite coffee and ample cold water was stocked prior to my arrival and I had excellent support throughout my stay. The nicest and unexpected surprise was the concierge service! They helped me to plan and reserve fun activities throughout the week and were always lovely to deal with. And a special thank you to Danny Parker, who was the individual responsible for managing my stay. He organized everything beautifully, was very responsive during the week there, and made a special trip to the condo after I left to help me locate one item I thought I might have left behind. I will most definitely use their service again and would recommend them without hesitation.

This is a very nice place as the price reflects. There was an incident with the washing machine that apparently had happened before we checked in but didn't get fixed. Danny contacted us to get it fixed and we enjoyed talking with him. I do feel that it should have been addressed prior to our checking in but would not hesitate to stay here again.

A++ property in a B+ building. Great pool, on the beach but not accessible for beach walks. Roughly 1.5 mile walk to the hustle and bustle of Duval street, etc. Perfect place to relax, enjoy the pool, and excellent views (sunsets) from the balcony. Two parks less than half mile away that were perfect for our 2 yr old. Would recommend to anyone looking for a more relaxing stay in Key West.
