Appreciated the warning of construction next door to explore other options. House fit all of our needs perfectly. Very nice, clean and well appointed. Last Key was extremely proactive and diligent as hosts. Fantastic stay!

We were very pleasantly surprised at the beautiful and welcoming home. It is beautifully decorated, the tv was on with music, a key lime pie was waiting for us in the fridge and the home was spectacularly sparkling clean. We had an amazing stay at the Toasted Coconut in Key West. The Last key realty team was so responsive and accommodating when we had some travel disruptions due to a hurricane. The house was amazing and I can’t wait to book another stay thru Last Key.

Toasted coconut was perfect for three couples. Each room equipped with a king bed and en suite bathroom. The couch in the living room also pulls out into a full bed. Located only a few blocks from duval street, we walked to all bars and restaurants. The pool is small but perfect for our group. We would definitely recommend toasted coconut to any group traveling to KW!

Group of 6 friends that loved the Toasted Coconut! This house is beautiful and very well taken care of. Loved the fact that all 3 bedrooms had their own full bathrooms. We rented to the Toasted Cocount to celebrate our daughters birthday.  Charlie, Alice and their team made it very special from the moment we walked through the door.  They had the home decorated for me prior to our arrival. The concierge and customer service is impeccable.  WE greatly appreciated the cleanliness of the home.  It had everything you would possibly need in the kitchen.  Which made the trip very easy and comfortable.

A short Christmas trip was a great escape. The home is perfectly located right near everything but just far enough away from the crowds. We rented bikes that were waiting on us upon arrival and it was a perfect way to see Key West. The mgmt, Alena, was excellent and gave us the best restaurant recs and took great care of us. We would definitely stay there again and again.

We're glad Paul enjoyed his stay! Thank you for mentioning the showers; we sent a plumber over and everything was working as it should. Now, those of us living in Key West year round know all too well sometimes the water pressure isn't where we would like; this is one of the 'charms' of living on a tropical island. Our water is piped down from Miami and the pressure can sporadically fluctuate (sometimes quite a lot); one day the water pressure will be strong and the next will be noticeably less. Just one of the joys of living on a tropical island 130 miles south of the mainland :) We hope to host Paul again in the future!

From the booking to check-in and check-out it was flawless!  They even have an onsite contact that met us upon check-in and stayed in contact during our stay.  We requested a couple of bed toppers and they had them on the beds for us at arrival.... at no extra charge.  The home was very clean and just a block away from Duval, we will be back!

The Toasted Cocoanut was the perfect house for our Key West vacation. We had 3 couples and the house was perfect for us. Had everything you could possibly want. Perfect location! Walking distance to Duval street, Malory Square and the Marina. Grocery store right around the corner.  Danny was our property manager and he went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. Rum cakes, chocolate, nuts and a key lime pie were all there waiting for us when we arrived. The pool outback was great too! This place is a must stay!!!!

The house is clean and well equipped. A bit of a struggle unloading/loading due to no close street parking or loading zone, yet we worked together and placed our vehicles in a nearby parking garage for the entire trip. The location is pretty amazing as you’re just a few minutes walk to the seaport and all the excitement of Duval Street.

Just returned from our first (but not last) trip to Key West.   The Toasted Coconut was the perfect house for 3 families: large bedrooms for all, separate baths, close to Duval Street but far enough away to not hear any noise, and close to numerous great restaurants.  House was large, clean, and had everything we needed.  While the pool was a bit small (and maybe could have used some lounge chairs), it served the purpose and became our daily gathering spot.  Greg at Last Key was very helpful from pre-arrival to initial walkthrough and always available.

How do you start a review about Last Key Realty, Inc other than is "the best of the best".  Their web site is informative and easy to utilize and that is only the beginning. Last Key Realty insures quality and professional services. We arranged our vacation time and they helped fill in the blanks. We needed drinks and food/provisions at the rental and it was made possible through their Concierge Service. We needed a couple reservations and their recommendations were excellent. Last Key Realty had representatives at the rental house upon our arrival to greet us and go over the needed information of the home. Their booklets and services were listed when we needed. The house was perfect. Very clean, looked new! The pool and patio was spotless. We will definitely utilize Last Key Realty on our next trip to the Keys. Special mention and a "Tip of the Hat"  goes out to Greg, Patrick and Cecilly for going beyond excellent services. Thank you Last Key Realty.

Location is perfect for all the Duval/marina area fun. Everything is pretty much 3 blocks in every direction. House is lovely. While there was no parking at the house, there was a lot 3 blocks away which worked out great. I've stayed at many houses in Key West over the years, and this one was my favorite.

The Toasted Coconut was perfect for our family of 6 adults! The pool was perfect for hanging out at the house, the kitchen had everything we needed, the location was great, just one block from Duval St!  The property manager, was awesome. He left us a key lime pie in the fridge when we arrived, showed us the whole house, and gave us some tips on where to eat and what to do. The concierge service was also very helpful! Clyde booked a few activities for us that saved us some time. Definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Key West!!

We rented the Toasted Coconut for four nights in July. I can't say enough about this property.  This was a couples trip, with 6 people total and the house suited us perfectly.  The location couldn't have been better as most things were within walking distance.  The small grocery store across the street is most convenient as well.  The house was nicely decorated and we found everything to be clean and in good condition.  Appliances were new and in good working order, including the washer and dryer.  This is not always the case at rental homes so I was very happy about that.  Shel met us at the property and told use about some of his favorite locations which was much appreciated.  A key lime pie was also left for us in the refrigerator.  I would highly recommend this property and rent again without hesitation.

I couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. There is nothing I was unhappy about in regards to this property. Everything was clean and very updated and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels provided and appliances are all new and in good working order. It's also in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere. There is a small grocery store that is very close which is also convenient. Management also left us a key lime pie which was a nice touch. We were able to leave our suitcases at the property management company after check out as well which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this property and happily stay here again.

This was a perfect weekend!  Shel and Last Key Vacations went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.  The Toasted Coconut was perfect for us and close to everything.  We didnt have a car and didnt need one.  Literally across the street from a grocery and within a few mins walk to everything Duval St has to offer.   We loved the pool and fresh mangos every morning.

We stayed at the Toasted Coconut house on Simonton St. and everything was perfect! The house was so beautiful and such a great space to come "home" to relax to after exploring Key West. What made it EXTRA special is that this home is pet friendly, so we were able to bring our puppies along with us on our vacation. We loved drinking coffee on the swing on the front porch with our puppies watching the world go by in the mornings. Everything about this house was 5-star! There wasn't anything they missed in putting together this home for guests. Most importantly, it was sparkling clean! They even had an infamous Key Lime Pie waiting in the fridge for us upon our arrival. Shel was our host and extremely accommodating for anything we needed. He even helped us pack up our bags into the car at the end of our stay. We will most definitely be booking this accommodation again on our next Key West adventure!

Everything was in excellent shape in the house. Check in and check out procedures were seamless. I would absolutely recommend this property and would rent this space again. The location is ideal, close to Duvall street yet still in a quiet neighborhood.

We stayed in the Toasted Coconut during Thanksgiving Week. The 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms are a nice size and newly renovated. We had 1 minor issue with a bathroom sink and their maintenance man showed up within 30 minutes - wow, great service! The upstairs washer and dryer was in the perfect spot to do daily laundry with 4 kids! The outside dipper pool was intimate & cute with surrounding furniture for the family to relax in. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items and meals can be enjoyed for smaller families inside, or the outside dining table for larger families. The location is ideal for visitors interested in being close to all the action on Duval Street. Everything you would ever need was one block away!

The house was clean and updated which was important for our stay. Shel the representative for the property was friendly and responded right away when needed. The house had everything needed to be comfortable minus food of course. I would highly recommend staying here.

The house is new and spacious with good room to spread out. The pool is small but it is fairly deep (5ft) on one end and is the perfect size for cooling off with a cold beer in your hand! Location cannot be beat with Faustos less than a block away and Duval 2 blocks away. Easy check in and out. Fixed issue with pool very promptly. Even had complimentary hand sanitizer. The townhouse location was superb. Only 2 blocks from Duval and about 5 blocks from Mallory square makes the unit ideal for avoiding a rental car or overpriced golf cart. The unit had recently been renovated and the decor was nicely done as well as bathrooms And kitchen being clean And new fixtures etc. Entry upon arrival was simple and management company was very nice and accommodating. My one suggestion to the owners would be to improve the actual bedding. The downstairs bed had only a sheet on it aside from a comforter which of course no one would dare sleep with. With finer rentals today at this kind of cost, renters expect a duvet and cover they feel confident is being cleaned after every use. Comforters (we all know this) are rarely washed And are more for look than use. Other than that, we really liked the unit and would rent again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at The Toasted Coconut. This was our first time in the Florida Keys. We were so happy to have found such a nice place to stay. We loved the location and how charming the place was. Everything was exceptionally clean, very updated and comfortable. The pool in the back was nice to relax in. We also enjoyed the mangos that were falling from the trees. They were delicious! Oh, and so was the key lime pie. Shel was super nice and helpful. He came by to welcome us and offer any assistance. We would definitely recommend staying here anytime.

My friends and stayed for 3 nights and could. It have been more pleased with our stay. The location is perfect - quiet but close enough to walk to anything you might want to see or do in Old Town. The property has a great 3 bedroom set up, each with hotel quality bathrooms. The patio and pool were great for winding down. And if you hit it right, the mango tree in the back will supply you with as many mangoes as you could possibly want. Thanks tonShel for being a great host.

I really wanted to find a place that had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! And the icing on the cake would be 2 king beds and a room with twin beds! Voila - I found The Toasted Coconut! The minute we walked in you could still smell the scent of fresh wood - it was that brand new! The place was spotless, gorgeous and perfect for our group of 6! Shel was a super host and even surprised my husband with a key lime pie (I had mentioned we were arriving on hubby’s b’day). I will admit that at first I worried about the “no available parking” status because we usually rent scooters or golf cart, but the location was super close to Duvall (one block) so walking was easy. The soaking pool on back patio was perfect way to end our evenings after a full day of activities! Everyone in our party loved this place! I highly recommend it as the perfect place to stay in Key West!

It was the perfect townhome to stay in! Great location, exceptionally clean, and just a great place to come back to after a day out! Shel was exceptional! He gave us some great tips and his favorite places to eat! We were celebrating my 50th birthday and Shel was so kind to have a Key Lime pie waiting for us in the refrigerator! Shel was able to meet us at a moments notice to get the keys as soon as we landed and was able to meet us to say goodbye and get the keys upon our departure. I would highly recommend Shel and Last Key Realty for your stay in Key West! We loved our stay so much we returned with a larger party and stayed in the same location three weeks later! Again, it was a fabulous stay and Shel was just as attentive! We will definitely stay again with Last Key Realty!
