THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...

The spacious living room has a large flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating, with ceiling to floor sliding glass doors surrounding for views of the pool and the secret gardens even while relaxing indoors. There is also a powder room located off of the living room for convenience.

Let the island breeze flow through the home by throwing open the large sliding glass doors of the kitchen for a true island experience. The completely renovated kitchen is fully equipped with all of the tools and appliances you'll need to whip up a home cooked meal. The kitchen also has a convenient pass-through window to the outdoor living and dining area.

THE RESORT-STYLE POOL & LANAI...

The private backyard of this home was designed to be your own resort-style escape, and serves as the centerpiece of this expansive property. A covered lanai spans the entire length of the house with multiple lounge and dining areas. The private pool, one of the largest in Key West, is a real treat: heated with a nice amount of sun throughout the day - a unique feature for private pools on this island. Beside the pool is a Jacuzzi with jets. The pool deck is spacious, with plenty of chaise lounges, a Gas BBQ, and a wet bar. The lush landscaping surrounding the home provides plenty of privacy and reflects the tropical feeling of the island.

** Master Bedroom: Located on the First Floor with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a large glass shower.

** Second Bedroom: Located on the First Floor with Two Twins OR One King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combo.

** Third Bedroom: Located on the First Floor with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

** Fourth Bedroom: Located upstairs as its' own private efficiency with a Queen bed, a small kitchenette, and an en-suite bathroom.
