The Lime & The Coconut

6 couples in my family stayed in these two houses to celebrate by 80th birthday. The space was perfect—6 private bedrooms with baths, and a back yard that could be shared by opening the gates between the two properties. Clean, well-equipped, and convenient to all the major destinations in the Old Town. Very responsive property management company. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean modern homes. Great location to walk to all the happening spots, but still quiet. There were issues with the A/C in one of the homes, but the PM credited us for our trouble.

Our 5 night stay at the Lime and the Coconut was amazing! The property was clean and the location was within walking distance to everything. Last Key Realty treated us wonderfully and were extremely helpful arranging golf cart rentals and a jet ski tour. This was our first trip to Key West, and we can’t wait to come back.

The Lime & The Coconut was an awesome place to stay!  We had a party of 16 between both houses and our stay couldn't have worked out any better.  Both houses were set-up perfectly, clean with all the amenities you would need.  Great location!  We would highly recommend staying here or any of the Last Key properties.  All of the Last Key personnel were courteous, responsive and very helpful.  Thanks, we had a lovely visit to Key West celebrating my daughter, Alyssa and her marriage to Camilo!

Wow, Awesome place, great layout for a large group. The location is perfect, close enough to walk anywhere and just far enough (1 to 2 blocks from Duval) without hearing loud music until 4am. Had very good communication with the management, Last Key, from start to finish. highly recommend staying here!

12 friends spent 5 nights at the Lime and the Coconut and it was perfect!  Houses are exceptional, setting was in a perfect location to everything and Greg (our concierge) was always available for any questions or help we needed.  I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic set up.  We will be back there?

These two houses were perfect for our family of 10. We loved the location - although we had a golf cart and moped we did not need them as much because the location to everything was so close. Also, having the largest local grocery store only feet away was so convenient. The beds were comfortable; the TV selection was great, the outdoor pools gave us special evenings together.

Our experience this past weekend with Last Key Realty was nothing but the best.  From start to finish they were accommodating and helpful.  We came for a bachelorette party with 16 girls!  Our guest services coordinator was the sweetest!  He left us key lime pies in the home as a welcome gift that were delicious!  He left his phone number to use if anything at all came up that we needed to speak to him.  The Lime & The Coconut side by side townhouses were perfect for our group size.  8 girls in each home was comfortable and cozy.  The houses were clean and the layouts accommodated us perfectly.  If we ever return to Key West we will definitely be renting again with Last Key Realty!

The only negative thing I have to say is if you plan on doing much cooking, there’s not much in the way of cooking utensils, pans, bowls, etc. if you don’t want to cook, then this is the place for you. We had a wonderful time!

We take this kind of feedback very seriously, as we have a lengthy checklist of items that are required at every Last Key rental home. Following this review, our team performed an inventory check of the kitchen items and confirmed that there are plenty of utensils, pots, pans, tools, etc. for preparing and enjoying home cooked meals. We would have loved to know about this guests' dissatisfaction with the lack of kitchen supplies during their stay, so we could have acted on it. No request is too small! Future guests are encouraged to let us know if there's ANYTHING they need or ANYTHING we can do to enhance their stay.

We stayed at the Lime and the Coconut this past weekend for a combined bachelor/bachelorette party. The house was very clean and fit us all comfortably. It is right in walking distance of all Duval Street, literally perfect location especially for our reason being there. The backyard is gorgeous, it is a beautiful oasis to escape and relax and have some drinks in the backyard-we dedicated a whole day to just that! The concierge set us up with the most awesome boat day, which was a big favorite of everyone who attended as well as got us dinner reservations for two nights at First Flight & A&B Lobster House. The property manager (Shel) also made sure to ask us if everything was ok and if we were enjoying our stay. We could not have asked for a more perfect weekend, I definitely recommend these two houses if you are traveling with a group.

Needed these 2 large houses for wedding guests. Location close to everything. No on-site driveway or parking space at either house. Had to unload and load car across the street at funeral home. Tried to find free parking on nearby streets, but ended up paying for daily/nightly parking in a lot 2 blocks away.

Our family met up with some friends in Key West to spend the holidays together this year. We rented side by side townhomes, The Lime & The Coconut, and it was a perfect situation for all of us. We had a shared outdoor living space where we spent much of our time together. Inside, the townhomes had been recently renovated with quality furnishings and everything was sparkly clean. The location was fantastic....if you flew directly into Key West and took a taxi to the home, you wouldn't need a car for your entire stay! The grocery store is right around the corner, Duval Street is one block up, and everything else is within walking / biking distance. We rented bikes for the duration of our stay - that was our main mode of transportation to explore the island, especially the various beaches. The team at Last Key Realty welcome you from the moment you inquire, the concierge team assists in all the restaurant / activity bookings (thanks Beth!), the house manager is dedicated to make sure everything is just right in your home (thanks Shel!) and even the neighbor offered to give suggestions on what to see and do while in Key West.

Last Key was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding weekend! Not only were they flexible with rescheduling our visit dates due to the pandemic, but they were friendly and polite during these challenging times. The properties were absolutely gorgeous, clean, well maintained, and high-quality. Shel (our property coordinator) was super friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay carefree for our wedding weekend. I was dealing with lots of different vendors through the pandemic, and Last Key was the best and most accommodating of them all. We had 11 girls at the lime & coconut for a girls trip and fully enjoyed ourselves! The location is great! The houses are nice! The only thing I’d say is the pools are very small but we still enjoyed them and some of the beds were very squeaky. But overall I recommend it and would stay again.

It was awesome to not rent a car and walk nearly everywhere. It was very easy to Lyft when we needed to. Properties are clean and bright and the one time we had to call the property manager the response was fast with no disruption to us. Fausto’s grocery is 200 yards away but expensive. We recommend going to Publix if you can haul the bags. We had light breakfast at the house then ventured. Seven restaurants in 7 days and there wasn’t a bad meal! We loved the roof at Schooner’s Wharf and the deck at Moondog Cafe. Love Key West and can’t wait to return and discover more food!

The Lime and The Coconut is a fantastic place to stay. It is two homes, separated by a walkway that connects to the two pools (lounging, not lap). Each house has three great rooms (all with their own bathroom), two living rooms with a pullout couch, and its own kitchen. The houses are right next to Duval, where you’ll find all the restaurants, bars… and dancers. We were down for a bachelor party and can highly recommend it as a destination for any hesitant bachelor/bachelorette parties. Shel was our point of contact and he did a wonderful job of pointing us in the right direction for bars + restaurants. Overall, we had a great time, and were glad we didn’t have to walk all the way to Islamorada.
