THE LOCATION…

Love Lane is a tiny cul-de-sac off of Southard Street in Old Town, just two blocks from Duval Street. There will never be sounds of street noise here – only the island breezes through the palm trees that surround the home. Imagine your home being just steps in either direction from all of the shops, restaurants, and sites of Duval Street and the Historic Seaport. Take a short stroll or ride bicycles down to the best of Key West, two blocks down Southard Street to hit local favorites like The Café, Kojin Noodle Bar, Willie T’s and the Green Parrot. Head two blocks down William Street and you’ll be at BO’s Fish Wagon or Schooner Wharf. Despite the fabulous location, this home comes with off-street parking in the form of a driveway.

THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...

Entering through the front door you’ll immediately be swept off your feet by this special home. The high vaulted ceilings and Dade County Pine covered walls throughout will make you weak at the knees. The open living plan extends from the front of the house to the back, and includes a grand living room, a chef’s kitchen with top of the line appliances, and a dining area with a wall of glass doors that open up to the pool.

The living room features an extra-large state-of-the-art flat screen TV, which you can watch from any number of cozy seating options. The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped with every tool needed to prepare a meal from home, and features a large side-by-side fridge, gas range, and wine chiller. There is also a convenient powder room located off of the living room.

THE POOL AREA…

Through the large Eurodoors of the dining area and kitchen is the gorgeous pool and outdoor living area. The outdoor lounging/dining area comfortably seats six for a poolside hangout or meal. The pool is quite lovely, with beautiful tile work and a water feature that turns on with the simple push of a button. The backyard is complete with a propane grill for enjoying an outdoor BBQ by the pool.

Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
