Southernmost Hospitality VII

We had 7 couples and everyone had their own room and ensuite bath. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was very nice, heated pool was great, we loved hanging on the front porch. Restaurants and shops were within a few feet, very short walk to the popular bars and restaurants and very close to southernmost point. Perfect location!

This house is perfectly located right on Duval Street, making it convenient to restaurants, shopping and beaches. The home was beautiful, the pool warm and it was the perfect setting for our group of 15.

Last Key Realty is 5 stars in our book!  We have used several rentals in the past, however, this time we used Last Key.  They are very professional and provided outstanding services.  All the small details pertaining to the home were tended to without us even thinking about it. All we had to do was enjoy our stay.  It’s first class service they provide, a luxury, if you will.  I don’t plan on booking with any other rental/realty agency for our vacations.  Last Key Realty all the way!

This was a perfect place for our family of 12 adults and two infants. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. We had a slight numb initially at check in but that was resolved very quickly! Great management and there for your every need. Space and location was perfect!

This was a perfect place for our family of 12 adults and two infants. In the times of Airbnb, VRBO and others, you forget what true service and hospitality can be. Last Key Realty made our group's Key West vacation seamless. Our property, Southernmost Hospitality VII, was equipped with everything you could need. It was clean, well-kept, and a convenient space for our group to gather and enjoy.    Last Key's staff was superb. Danny ensured that our needs were met, and was on deck should any arrive during our stay. The concierge helped us make group dinner reservations and book activities prior to our stay. Overall, couldn't recommend this company and team more.

We went for our ten-year wedding anniversary. Had a group of 6 couples. Wow, what a great house! It’s right on Duval but if you are here to party or bar hop, you will for sure need to rent a golf cart since it’s on the quiet end of Duval - (talk to Last Key's concierge team and they'll get you set up with a cart and other fun stuff!). It’s a quick walk to the southernmost point which was great. The bathrooms for every bedroom were fantastic. We spent a lot of time in the pool. Really enjoyed our stay. They were able to check us in early which was very appreciated. We will be back!

My entire family, siblings, their husbands, their kids, etc. all stayed here (there is 17 total), and I couldn’t recommend it more.   Last Key Realty did so much to make sure we were comfortable and fully able to relax on our family vacation. The house was stocked with everything you need so you didn’t have to bring your entire house with you, they booked all the family excursions that we wanted to do and were readily available to help us no matter what it was.   This wasn’t just a “place to stay” but Last Key Realty made the entire experience like this was our house.

The property was wonderful - exactly as shown in photos and we had a great time. My complaint is the 10am check out. The property manager comes into the house at 10am "on the dot" to begin check out. Daylight savings time just so happened to occur on our weekend, plus several guests were from Chicago (central time). We were given no grace by Greg as he asked all 14 of us abruptly to exit the house and move ourselves and our luggage to the porch. Aside from the check-out experience being stressful and putting a damper on the weekend as a whole, all other amenities were wonderful.

While we certainly understand Liza's perspective, what she isn't taking into account is the sheer size of this large 7 bedroom home and the time it takes our team to get it prepped for the 4:00 pm check-in that was happening that day. Our teams need every minute they can get to make certain the property is up to our very high standards so that the next guest have as wonderful of an experience as she had. When we have the flexibility in the calendar to offer a late check-out, we're happy to do so. Unfortunately for Liza we had someone checking in that afternoon so we couldn't extend their departure. We certainly hope to host Liza and her group again, hopefully next time we'll be able to offer them a little later check-out.

Before we even booked our vacation home with Last Key Realty, the staff was responsive to questions and provided information about booking, payments, the home etc. Once we confirmed our reservation, we received timely emails with reminders and information on area attractions and activities. When we arrived, we were met by Greg at the house and he was friendly and helpful in showing us around the house and being responsive to my inquires during our stay. The home was exactly as pictured on the website and suited our group perfectly. We felt very well taken care of while we were in Key West. The bedrooms were big with their own bathrooms for each couple. The balconies were large and perfect for morning coffee and afternoon relaxation. We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our group. Every room had its own bathroom. The pool was smaller than we expected but was wonderful. Enjoyed the front porch and watching the people walk by. The unexpected quest (iguanas and roosters) were an interesting addition. Something I never experienced before. The house was very clean and the kitchen fully stocked with everything needed. Would definitely book it again.

My wife and I spent a long weekend at the Hospitality 7 house with 6 other couples. On Duvall Street so near the action but far enough away for some space. We absolutely loved the pool. The house was clean and well furnished. Monique from Last Key Realty was great. Had some nice arrival gifts for us. Always responded quickly to my phone calls and texts. Attentive to our needs for sure. Would stay here again and use Last Key Realty in the future. Looking forward to our next trip to KW already!!!

We just spent a week in Key West with Last Key Rental (1224 Duval house). It was a great week made even better by the great accommodations and excellent host (Keith). The house is spacious with a a bathroom for each bedroom. It was very clean and the bedding/towels were great. The pool was excellent and provided relief from the heat and a fun place to relax. The house is located right on Duval so you are close to the action, but can still still find peaceful relaxation in the backyard. Or you can chose to watch the action on Duval from the front porch. It was also nice to have 3 parking spots. Our host, Keith, was available all week to answer questions and provide advice. He went out of his way to get us a package that was supposed to arrive early in the week but didn't arrive until we checked out. What a great guy! We just spent a week in Key West with Last Key Rental (1224 Duval house). It was a great week made even better by the great accommodations and excellent host (Keith). The house is spacious with a a bathroom for each bedroom. It was very clean and the bedding/towels were great. The pool was excellent and provided relief from the heat and a fun place to relax. The house is located right on Duval so you are close to the action, but can still still find peaceful relaxation in the backyard. Or you can chose to watch the action on Duval from the front porch. It was also nice to have 3 parking spots. Our host, Keith, was available all week to answer questions and provide advice. He went out of his way to get us a package that was supposed to arrive early in the week but didn't arrive until we checked out. What a great guy! We loved this place the the service provided by Keith and Last Key Realty.

Eight of us rented the house for three nights...guys college reunion. This house is perfect in every way. Location, 3 blocks from the ocean and 3 blocks from Duval activity! Seven beautiful bedrooms (with a bathroom in each!), large living room and kitchen. The porch on both the main floor and second floor are great areas to hang out, not to mention the pool, which has seating set up on all sides. Bbq grilling was easy and privacy was to be had. The Last Key Realty company was extremely helpful and responsive. This modern house is a great rental for any type of relaxing or party situation. PS - be prepared to be woken up early in Key West, no matter where you stay, as there are wild roosters all over that start their vocal activities at the crack of dawn!

We chose Southern Hospitality VII for our wedding week headquarters in Key West! This was the perfect location for my husband and I, our adult children and our friends to stay. We utilized all 7 bedrooms and it was the perfect gathering spot for all of us for the entire week. The house was the beautiful backdrop for all of our formal and candid wedding photos. The fact that each room had its own en suite was a huge selling point for us; and for the couples that stayed in the house with us. The house was spacious, comfortable, clean and nicely appointed. The kitchen had everything you could ever need or want on vacation. The pool was refreshing and immaculate and we used it throughout the trip. The lower porch is a wonderful place to watch the world go by on Duval and the upper porch is a fun place to sit late at night as everyone makes their way home after a good time on Duval. Keith was responsive and attentive (yet unobtrusive); starting the month before we arrived he was in contact and ensured that we had everything we could possibly need ahead of time. We had Keith do some provisioning and he hit it out of the park. The Concierge service handled our large group rehearsal dinner reservation which was super helpful. Location is excellent, on the quiet side of town. Close to beach, the Southernmost Point and and in close proximity to so many excellent restaurants, it was hard to choose where to eat and we certainly couldn't get to all of them during our stay. If you want to get some walking in, you can walk to Mallory Square easily, and Uber was a great inexpensive choice too and they were available immediately. I would highly recommend both Southernmost Hospitality and Last Key Realty. From booking to check-out this company is top-notch and knocked it out of the park for our wedding week and vacation. As a matter of fact, I have already referred several people to this company and this house! Last Key Realty will be my go to place to rent from every year when we visit Key West. We celebrated Thanksgiving here this year with my family and friends. A group of 12 adults and 3 children thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The home is located on the southern end of Duval so the noise at night, other than the roosters(Lol) was bearable but we were still near the action. We spent a lot of time on the front porch relaxing. There is a " Gentlemens club" across the street which was kind of weird. The house was lovely and was stocked with mostly all the tools we needed to cook. There were some small issues with lighting and heating but Keith from Last Key Realty was very helpful and fixed everything immediately.

This is a beautifully and classically renovated Key West home. Situated on the southern end of Duval it is quieter yet close to all that Key West can offer. Our stay was made comfortable and welcoming by Lori and the staff at Last Key. The home was clean and well appointed. We lacked nothing but another week!!! Latitudes is a spacial occasion restaurant a must. We rented a six seater electric car which was a blast. Sailing and fishing was great in the wonderful KW waters.  Last Key Concierge was very helpful. I highly recommend this house and our time was special there. We will be returning!!!

We were so blown away by all of the space in this huge house! It was fantastic how every room had it's own bath and TV. The pool area is set up to be very comfortable. We had a very large group, so space was a big issue to us. This house gave us the room we needed and much more. Having an on call concierge was great and Lori went out of her way. She did some grocery shopping for us and checked in, to see if we needed anything. We wanted to take her home with us. If you want to come to Key West and stay in a top notch, luxury home, this is the place for you. We are already checking our schedules to see when we can all make it back here. A+ all the way.

Lovely home with modern amenities-great pool and yard-even a horseshoe pit. Super comfortable beds, new bathrooms & kitchen-perfectly decorated-huge tv and TVs in all the bedrooms. Super cute-perfect for a family or group of friends-well appointed for a very comfortable stay! If we are back in Key West we will stay here again!

A group of us came down to celebrate and this place was perfect! We loved the Duval location. This house gets 5 stars for everything - large, comfortable and clean with an amazing pool area. We found the best home for our family get together in Key West. The house was large and the rooms were tastefully decorated in upscale, island style. The kitchen was very well equipped for our chef and very clean. We particularly enjoyed the expansive outdoor area with a yard and the very large pool. Anything we asked for or needed was taken care of, thanks to the manager Lori. This home is very well maintained and perfect for large family gatherings.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this house. It truly is a magnificent property. My husband and I come to Key West frequently and we have stayed in this house multiple times. The house is so great because it is so close to everything we love to do on Duval Street. The house is always in great condition when we get there, everything is so clean and tidy. The bedrooms are great because each one has it's own bathroom. That is one of my must-haves in a rental. The backyard of the property is also beautiful. The pool is so inviting and clean. My husband and I spent most of our time in that beautiful backyard relaxing. The porches are also fantastic for people watching which is another one of my most favorite things to do...especially in Key West. I couldn't have been happier with this rental and we are already planning our next trip to Key West. we will definitely be staying at the southernmost hospitality again.

The privacy in this home was also very nice, all bedrooms had a private bath Location is the best so many great restaurants and bars within walking distance, beach too! This was our 3rd and best time in key west !! Totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. We recommend this beautiful property to everyone looking to enjoy the true beauty of Key West living. It was definitely hard to leave.

The minute we came into the house, we knew it was perfect! Lori went all out and decorated for our special celebrations. We could not have been happier. She shopped for our groceries and everything was set up for us to get the party started. The pool was warm and the cocktails were cold. This home is very impressive and grand! We enjoyed every minute here. The pool area is large enough for a big group to spread out. The BBQ was wonderful for afternoon lunch or evening suppers. This home exceeded our expectations. Ten of us traveled for a fiftieth birthdate party and enjoyed every minute. The home was absolutely amazing. Great Key West charm at its finest. We cannot wait to return.

We have a group of college buddies who get together every year to reminisce, play poker and fish. We chose Key West for our destination this year and what a great time we all had. This home was perfectly suited to our needs. Lori's outstanding customer service saved the day. We realized our coffee pot was not working, when we were trying get it ready for the next day. We had an early morning wake up planned for a big fishing trip. She brought us a new coffee pot at midnight. Amazing! Thank you once again and we certainly will recommend your company to all our friends.

We hosted my brother's bachelor party here. It was 14 guys total. The house was just perfect! Great location, right on Duval, walking distance from fun times! This house really works for a large social group. Lots of seating by the pool, great seating on the balcony, big dining room table, and plenty of bedrooms each with a nice bathroom. I totally recommend this house and have zero complaints. Can't wait to go back!

Don't waste time looking for another home with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths on or near Duval. You get what you paid for with this stunning home. Its not quite a Mansion but it sure felt like one with all the space inside and outside. BBQ and poolside lounging is a must and the published photos can not capture the warm and relaxing feeling of being at a residential oasis in Key West. Lori accommodated every request and provided top notch recommendations for dining.

We had a wonderful time! The house was amazing! It was very spacious and easily accommodated a large group for a girls' getaway. It was so nice that each room had its own bathroom. The entire property was well-maintained and well-stocked with all the essential items. We really enjoyed the outdoor space..the pool area is awesome, as is the front and top decks! The location of the house is perfect! We were able to walk almost everywhere. Lori, the property manager, was very sweet and accommodating. She was always available to help. She made sure everyone was happy. Highly recommend this property! We had so much fun and are already thinking about our next trip back!

This home has a spacious and floorplan that is comfortable for large gatherings, such as our group. The outside space is expansive and welcoming. The wrap around porches are a bonus and the many areas for relaxing and soaking up the sun by the pool were well furnished. Everything, including the landscaping was perfect! We could not have found a better venue, for our trip to Key West.

We really enjoyed this spacious house. The sparkling clean interior and superior furnishings were impressive, as well as the excellent services that Lori provided. The bedrooms were large and with each bedroom having a private bath, we were very comfortable here. We had more than enough private parking for all our vehicles, which was very convenient. Everyone in our group agreed that this house truly lives up to it's name.

We gathered from all over the United States for this Christmas holiday. I was having a difficult time finding a home that could accommodate my large family of children, grand children and great grand children. Lori Bailey was very helpful and found us the perfect place. This home and the adjacent cottage was simply wonderful! We had everything we needed, including Lori geting us the extra tables and chairs I requested and an extra bed for my grandson.  She was there to receive the other deliveries we had set up for our stay.  When we needed an additional table for puzzles and games, she brought that to us as well. Never have I had such courteous and fast service. As for the home, it was quite the showplace. It was decorated in beautiful red poinsettias for our arrival and it was most clean and well kept. I appreciated the bench for the downstairs walk in shower that was provided for me. My family had the best holiday ever. Giving Lori and this home five stars is not enough for how thankful we all were for the lovely home and for Lori's gracious assistance. We have many photos and fond memories of our holiday in Key West. Thank you again.

Our vacation started with a last minute call to Lori, our contact (who gave me her personal cell phone number!) to request a change in bedroom setup. It was done before we arrived! Lori and her concierge staff made this a perfect and seamless vacation! They arranged for our bike rentals and put me in touch with a wonderful caterer. The house is obviously beautiful (the pictures online are perfectly representative of what you will see) but what the listing doesn't relay is the ease of being in this home. It lives perfectly for a large group. We would highly recommend this rental. This was one of the best rental properties I have ever had.

Our vacation started with a last minute call to Lori, our contact (who gave me her personal cell phone number!) to request a change in bedroom setup. It was done before we arrived! Lori and her concierge staff made this a perfect and seamless vacation! They arranged for our bike rentals and put me in touch with a wonderful caterer. The house is obviously beautiful (the pictures online are perfectly representative of what you will see) but what the listing doesn't relay is the ease of being in this home. Don't waste time looking for another home with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths on or near Duval. You get what you paid for with this stunning home. Its not quite a Mansion but it sure felt like one with all the space inside and outside. BBQ and poolside lounging is a must and the published photos can not capture the warm and relaxing feeling of being at a residential oasis in Key West. Lori accommodated every request and provided top notch recommendations for dining.

We had a wonderful time! The house was amazing! It was very spacious and easily accommodated a large group for a girls' getaway. It was so nice that each room had its own bathroom. The entire property was well-maintained and well-stocked with all the essential items. We really enjoyed the outdoor space..the pool area is awesome, as is the front and top decks! The location of the house is perfect! We were able to walk almost everywhere. Lori, the property manager, was very sweet and accommodating. She was always available to help. She made sure everyone was happy. Highly recommend this property! We had so much fun and are already thinking about our next trip back!

We gathered from all over the United States for this Christmas holiday. I was having a difficult time finding a home that could accommodate my large family of children, grand children and great grand children. Lori Bailey was very helpful and found us the perfect place. This home and the adjacent cottage was simply wonderful! We had everything we needed, including Lori geting us the extra tables and chairs I requested and an extra bed for my grandson.  She was there to receive the other deliveries we had set up for our stay.  When we needed an additional table for puzzles and games, she brought that to us as well. Never have I had such courteous and fast service. As for the home, it was quite the showplace. It was decorated in beautiful red poinsettias for our arrival and it was most clean and well kept. I appreciated the bench for the downstairs walk in shower that was provided for me. My family had the best holiday ever. Giving Lori and this home five stars is not enough for how thankful we all were for the lovely home and for Lori's gracious assistance. We have many photos and fond memories of our holiday in Key West. Thank you again.

We really enjoyed this spacious house. The sparkling clean interior and superior furnishings were impressive, as well as the excellent services that Lori provided. The bedrooms were large and with each bedroom having a private bath, we were very comfortable here. We had more than enough private parking for all our vehicles, which was very convenient. Everyone in our group agreed that this house truly lives up to it's name.

We hosted my brother's bachelor party here. It was 14 guys total. The house was just perfect! Great location, right on Duval, walking distance from fun times! This house really works for a large social group. Lots of seating by the pool, great seating on the balcony, big dining room table, and plenty of bedrooms each with a nice bathroom. I totally recommend this house and have zero complaints. Can't wait to go back!

We have a group of college buddies who get together every year to reminisce, play poker and fish. We chose Key West for our destination this year and what a great time we all had. This home was perfectly suited to our needs. Lori's outstanding customer service saved the day. We realized our coffee pot was not working, when we were trying get it ready for the next day. We had an early morning wake up planned for a big fishing trip. She brought us a new coffee pot at midnight. Amazing! This home has a spacious and floorplan that is comfortable for large gatherings, such as our group. The outside space is expansive and welcoming. The wrap around porches are a bonus and the many areas for relaxing and soaking up the sun by the pool were well furnished. Everything, including the landscaping was perfect! We could not have found a better venue, for our trip to Key West.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this house. It truly is a magnificent property. My husband and I come to Key West frequently and we have stayed in this house multiple times. The house is so great because it is so close to everything we love to do on Duval Street. The house is always in great condition when we get there, everything is so clean and tidy. The bedrooms are great because each one has it's own bathroom. That is one of my must-haves in a rental. The backyard of the property is also beautiful. The pool is so inviting and clean. My husband and I spent most of our time in that beautiful backyard relaxing. The porches are also fantastic for people watching which is another one of my most favorite things to do...especially in Key West. I couldn't have been happier with this rental and we are already planning our next trip to Key West. we will definitely be staying at the southernmost hospitality again.

We found the best home for our family get together in Key West. The house was large and the rooms were tastefully decorated in upscale, island style. The kitchen was very well equipped for our chef and very clean. We particularly enjoyed the expansive outdoor area with a yard and the very large pool. Anything we asked for or needed was taken care of, thanks to the manager Lori. This home is very well maintained and perfect for large family gatherings.

We were so blown away by all of the space in this huge house! It was fantastic how every room had it's own bath and TV. The pool area is set up to be very comfortable. We had a very large group, so space was a big issue to us. This house gave us the room we needed and much more. Having an on call concierge was great and Lori went out of her way. She did some grocery shopping for us and checked in, to see if we needed anything. We wanted to take her home with us. If you want to come to Key West and stay in a top notch, luxury home, this is the place for you. We are already checking our schedules to see when we can all make it back here. A+ all the way.

This is a beautifully and classically renovated Key West home. Situated on the southern end of Duval it is quieter yet close to all that Key West can offer. Our stay was made comfortable and welcoming by Lori and the staff at Last Key. The home was clean and well appointed. We lacked nothing but another week!!! Latitudes is a spacial occasion restaurant a must. We rented a six seater electric car which was a blast. Sailing and fishing was great in the wonderful KW waters. Last Key Concierge was very helpful. I highly recommend this house and our time was special there. We will be returning!!!

We fell in love with this home the minute we stepped in. Beautifully decorated, immaculate, and comfortable. Beautiful heated pool to relax in The privacy in this home was also very nice, all bedrooms had a private bath Location is the best so many great restaurants and bars within walking distance, beach too! This was our 3rd and best time in key west !! Totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again We recommend this beautiful property to everyone looking to enjoy the true beauty of Key West living. It was definitely hard to leave.
