First Brian met us at the property, showed us around and took us to our unit. When we walked in we were blown away. The view was stunning, the unit was so beautiful!! And it even smelled clean. In the freezer was our first taste of Key lime pie. Brian wanted to make sure we were supported during our entire stay. He got in touch with a colleague that booked an event for us. Everything was smooth and effortless!! I highly recommend Last Key and this unit. It is even prettier than the pics!!

We stayed at the SHANG-RI-LA for a long weekend with friends. The condo was outfitted with everything that you will need and was absolutily perfect for what we needed and the facilities (pool, clubhouse, etc,) we all clean and well maintained. We will defintley consider stayign here again on our nexxt trip to Key West.

This was a quiet location with an ocean view. We really enjoyed our condo. Brian met us when we arrived and showed us everything. He also had a Key Lime pie waiting for us which we loved! Beds were comfortable. The living room furniture could be updated as it wasn’t very comfortable. Otherwise we had a great stay there and enjoyed Key West.

I will definitely be back to stay with Last Key Resorts. I am glad to know that we can book directly through their website the next time I visit. The Host was friendly and met us on the property at check in. Very responsive. He was very knowledgeable about the island.
The condo was perfect for the three of us. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony with that great ocean view. We spent a lot of time at the pool and natural beach in front of the condo. You also can’t beat its proximity to Smathers and Higgs beach when you want to enjoy a more commercialized feeling beach. 10/10 place to stay in Key West.

Amazing location and amazing apartment! The amenities were great, direct access to the beach, and the place was so clean. The host was very responsive and gave us plenty of details about how to check in. If you want to spend some time in key west I would highly recommend!

1800 Atlantic is such a great spot for a stay in KW especially with younger kids. This condo in particular had a wonderful spot for the kids to have their own room and space. Along with a great balcony view and everything needed to make it feel like home during our stay. Christan was the kindest to have a Key Lime pie waiting for us upon arrival. Needless to say we enjoyed it for breakfast! What a treat! A must stay if you want to enjoy the island with a little distance from all the busyness of Duval/downtown.

Worth the $ to have a full kitchen and private balcony! Every room is very spacious. There was only 2 of us and we liked having the extra bedroom for our clothes. Can easily accommodate a family of 4!! Felt very safe and was a quiet place to relax. Restaurants and shopping are not far. No issues at all and we will be back!!

We loved our stay at Last Key. The unit we were in was absolutely spotless and beautiful. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The only downside was that we were not informed ahead of time that to requesting a late check out had to be done 72 hours in advance, so we were unable to do that. My only suggestion would be that they make that known when you book!
Otherwise we loved the place!!

The apartment is very pleasant. Great furniture, fully equipped with quality equipments. Nice and peaceful sea view from all the rooms. Swimming pool outside with a front sea is just great. Also a ping-pong table to play for the kids which was a plus. Christian is reactive and very clear. Only one thing to improve: the bed in the master room is too old and the mattress should definitely be changed as it is not confortable anymore. My wife and I did not sleep well because of this reason. For the rest, all was great!

AMAZING place to stay! The balcony is very private, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is STOCKED with everything you can imagine and then some. We felt very safe at the location and the security staff is very nice. The pool area is perfect and water was comfortable. The shower was amazing and our daughters loved the jets in the bathtub . The condo is on the less populated side of the island which is really valuable to us. Christian went above and beyond for us and he even left us a gift in the fridge to enjoy. Key West is an expensive island to stay on and considering the cost of real estate and the location, the price was one of the best I had found.

Very lovely place. One of the persons in our party became sick so we ended up inside a great deal of the time. Our tv was not working well and they worked that problem very hard but it had to do with cable company.
Our microwave didn’t work and they replaced it the next day. Other than that it was very nice. People were wonderful.

It’s perfect for lounging around, very cozy. The nature trail is right next to the building. Pool and hot tub are great, beautiful walk to get to it. The one elevator was broken, so we had to bring all our luggage down the stairs. The kitchen was so well stocked. It was a lovely kitchen. We loved the dimmable lighting. The views were great. We walked to the beach .4 miles away, it was rocky and hard to walk through to get in in some places, but it was still pleasant.

Das Apparent ist sehr schön, dass Beste was wir jemals gebucht hatten.
So eine tolle und schöne Küche, sehr hochwertig von den Pfannen bis zum Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel, einfach alles da.

Excellent location to get to anywhere by car, usually within 7 min . Parking in town is easy to find free places or pay to park which is relatively cheap. Free bus will take you all around old town. Fantastic facility which includes a pool, gym, and library. Nice nature trail next door. Right by a piece of the waterfront

This condo was as beautiful in person as the pictures online! The view from the balcony is stunning! The best part of renting this unit is that you are taken care of by Last Key Realty. I have never had a representative meet me at a VRBO upon arrival like Last Key Realty did! They took care of us from start to finish! Christian was awesome to work with! He met us outside the condo and showed us how to enter, how to use door key pad and answer ed all our questions. He even had a Key Lime Pie waiting for us in the refrigerator! This kitchen was the best stocked VRBO kitchen I have ever seen! My only issue was with the bed in the master bdrm; it was like quicksand! Lol! The mattress was not firm at all, you sink when you lay down, and it squeaked w every movement. It’s probably time for the condo owner to replace it. (No fault of Last Key Realty) I did not let that spoil our vacation. I honestly would choose this place again! I highly recommend Shang-Ri-La in Key West! It will not disappoint!! Thank you, Christian and Last Key Reality for making this a memorable vacation for our family! We had a blast!

The property is awesome! It gave us the relaxing and vacation feeling the moment we stepped in the door. The ocean view was amazing. And the amenities in the resort is top on the notch - they even have a clay court on site for tennis. The swimming pool has a very good ocean view and the environment is clean and nice. As we arrived late than expected, we used the self check in process - which is not complicated at all. Christian made clear instruction for us so everything went very smooth! The host welcomed us with a key lime pie sitting in the fridge :-) Thank you for doing that! The condo has everything you will need for the stay. The whole experience was unforgettable. Our whole family enjoyed the experience very much!

We come to the keys about three times a year. This condo was the most equipped for my family. The noise and the other people in the condo were very polite and the noise level was low. This was a wonderful condo to stay in during our girls week in Key West. The condo was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. The heated pool was large with a great view of the beach. It was nice to be able to take walks on Smathers beach and walk to downtown from the condo. We rented bikes through the concierge which was convenient and easy to use. We also went kayaking and had so many fabulous meals on the island. This truly was the most relaxing vacation I have had in years. Tracie made a truly turnkey experience for us.

Really enjoyed the condo and everything they had there for us. The pool area was very nice and we were glad to use it at least for one day before the hurricane. Just know that this is a residential condo and not a resort. We fully respected the rules but there were a lot of them. We are looking forward to booking again in the future.

Everything about the property was spot on and as expected! The interior decor was modern and clean, the patio was fabulous and gave a nice view of ocean with privacy from neighbors. We were welcomed with a key lime pie and bottled waters, plus enough supplies to last the trip (TP, soaps, etc). All around enjoyable, though the hall carpets were worn and we had no idea where to put our trash when we left!

Our stay couldn’t have been better. Greg met us at the property so check in was a breeze. Thanks to the concierge service our kitchen was stocked with everything we requested. The condo was just as pictured and the pool area was better than expected. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property. A wonderful condo in a great location close to everything. The apartment was clean and very comfortable for our family of 4. The balcony opens up to a nature preserve and an ocean view and it has lounge chairs and a table. The kitchen was upgraded and well stocked. Loved the large master bedroom shower. The check-in and check-out process was easy and the Greg, our guest service coordinator was great in accommodating our late arrival and early check out. The condo has a great garden and a very nice pool with a view of the ocean. It was a truly wonderful stay.

Beautiful condo that was clean and had a nice view from the patio. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Loved the pool area and it was an easy walk to the public beach. We brought our own volleyball since there are nets at the beach. About a 10 min walk to the pier and a 30 min walk to Duval st.

Was a great location close to everything- Garage door opener battery was dead- but you can use the key to access the garage then just stand by the sensor to let yourself in- It would have been a bigger issue if you were by yourself vs with a group- The main bedroom shower was huge, great patio also- We had 4 adults- 2 in the main room, and 2 in each twin bed- there was a couch also so plenty of room for more than 4. Got groceries and did our own breakfast and late night meals to save $. Overall a really good location!

Last Key Realty manages this property and they are great! Our plane landed at 10 am, but checkout wasn’t until 4 pm. They have an office on Duval to lock up your luggage! That was a huge help to us. My dad and I were on mopeds, so we weren’t sure how we were going to get our luggage to the condo, but Monique drove our luggage there & brought it up to the room! She was awesome.

The property was beautiful with an island feel, walking out to the pool that overlooks the ocean. The pool area closes at 10 pm, FYI for those that are late swimmers. Amazing views of the beach, close proximity to both Higgs And Smathers Beaches. What a great place for our first visit to Key West. The condo was beautiful and met all our expectations. It was fully loaded with everything we needed in the kitchen, beach towels, chairs, cooler and laundry. The master bed and bath was amazing. Both beds were very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including kitchen appliances, giant walk in shower. But also, the gorgeous ocean view. We spent the extra cash for a view and were not disappointed. Just like it showed in the pictures. A nice touch also was labeling all the light switches. Quiet, clean, modern. Great communication with the property manager Monique also. Would recommend and go back.

Shang Ri La was perfect for our stay in Key West. Views from the balcony are better than the pictures show, it's 5 minutes from everywhere, had a great experience with Last Key as managers, and the place was in great condition with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous waterfront condo lives up to expectations - and goes beyond! Photos of listing accurately reflect the beauty, brightness, and cleanliness of the space. Condo had all the needed amenities, and communication with the property manager was very positive. She made sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Beautiful pool/hot tub and close, easy access to the ocean. We’d rent here again in a heartbeat!

Monique was excellent at communication and readily available when we had questions. The unit has a clear manual for reference. I also received messages with check-in and check-out info.
This condo is spacious, stylish, and extremely well-stocked. Extremely clean. Beautiful kitchen and a spacious outdoor balcony area with a great view. We liked the location near the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of crowded downtown.
Last Key provides a complimentary concierge service that made booking activities extremely easy. We highly recommend the two Eco Tours: the kayaking trip through the mangroves to see jelly fish and sponges, and the Eco Tours trip on the Java Cat, which offered a sailing experience, snorkeling to see sponges, and kayaking around Mule Key to see the mangroves and many birds. We were also able to book our tickets on the Yankee Freedom to go to Dry Tortugas National Park. We were booked well in advance of our trip for our tours and just had to show up and enjoy ourselves.
Overall, we were very happy to spend our time in Key West at Last Key's place A306.

We were so happy with our stay at the Shang Ri-La at the Beach! The condo was perfect for our two couple adult trip and had everything you needed, including laundry detergents, soaps, coffee, spices, etc. Monique did an amazing job from meeting us upon arrival to texting to give recommendations for restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely ask for this place again in the future. Thank you for a great rental in an excellent location! Our views were amazing!

The property was neat and clean. My husband and I got the master bedroom. Hugh bathroom. It had been updated. The other bathroom needs to be updated, too. Especially the tub/shower. The king bed in the master was very loud and squeeky when we got in or out of it and could be heard in the other bedroom as they share a wall. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Shang-Ri-La condo. The place was immaculately clean and everything we needed was right at our fingertips. There is a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings as we drank our coffee and ate our breakfast. The pool was amazing and we really enjoyed the time we spent there. The property is just a hop-skip-jump to the beach and our teenagers loved that. I guess the only negative I can come up with is that the king sized master bed makes a lot of squeaking and groaning sounds when you climb in and out of the bed. I suggest a new comfortable mattress is in order. However, this condo provided us with a comfortable, fun, and relaxing place to stay while enjoying our time in Key West.

Monique personalized our experience and was very attentive to any questions we had. The condo had everything we needed and was a great location with fabulous views. From when Monique with Last Key met us at check-in to when she met us at check-out it was a great experience. We had a small issue with the Wi-Fi which was handled promptly and professionally. Kitchen was very nicely equipped also. We will definitely come back.

I have nothing but good to say about the condo and the management company. The condo was better than you can see from the photos and was without a doubt the best VRBO/HomeAway I have rented. The unit was very well decorated, comfortable, stocked and organized like no other. Monique was on site to greet us, and left us a very nice welcome culinary treat. Last Key was a pleasure to work with. While any honest review will include negatives, the only one we had was beyond the control of the company...hydrogen sulfide. We did pick a time that the ocean decided to inundate us with the infamous Key West odor, but that is just part of being on Smathers Beach. Was not a problem inside the condo. Overall, very pleased.

This condo was the perfect fit for my family of 4. There was plenty of room to spread out. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully supplied kitchen, sitting area, dining area and a large balcony. The ac worked great. The washer and dryer worked well. There were plenty of towels and pool/beach towels. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The pool was very large and there are two reserved lap lanes where I swam laps each day. The tennis courts were in great shape, 2 hard and one clay, where my husband and daughter played each day. The tennis pro provided clinics and private lessons which we took advantage of each day. The location is quiet and safe with gated under building parking. The location is about a mile from Duval, so we rented bikes and used them everyday to navigate the island. Shannon was friendly and very helpful. She checked up on us several times during our stay and made us feel very well taken care of during our vacation. I would definitely book this again. I feel that it was a good value for all the extras that were provided. The pictures are very accurate. The view was dreamy! We are missing Key West and talking about next Spring Break already!

This condo is nothing short of amazing! It is exactly as the pictures describe it. The views are even better in person than the picturesas well! We recently stayed here for our wedding/honeymoon and loved every minute. Last Key Rental does an amazing job cleaning and giving you absolutely everything that you would need. It's quiet. The pool and hot tub are awesome. You are a bit far from down town so you would need to rent bikes, a car, taxi etc. It is not within walking distance. The full kitchen is key and the huge walk in shower in the master makes this feel like you're at a fancy resort. Rent this. You won't be disappointed!

Shang-ri-la was everything we had hoped for AND MORE! A very well appointed condo in every way. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for snacking or a gourmet meal. We enjoyed watching the birds and seeing all of the boats on the water every morning as we ate breakfast on the balcony. TV's were very nice for watching the Super Bowl. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. Late afternoon on the balcony is perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets that are so breathtaking in Key West. Shannon met us at the gate upon arrival and came by to bid us farewell and safe travels upon departure. No worries if you need anything, Shannon communicated with us several times during our visit and offered great info on sites to see, restaurants and bars. Having never been to Key West, we were delighted with our choice of Shang-ri-la and are already planning a return trip in the not too distant future. Shannon and Last Key are definitely top notch!!

Our family of 4 stayed at Shang-Ri-La for the 4th of July holiday. This unit is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could possibly need. The location is right on the ocean with amazing views. The grounds and pool area were beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. I really liked the security the building offered us. The local management company made every effort to help us too! Thanks again Last Key Realty. Key West has so much to do, but I recommend renting a moped or bicycles. Parking is limited around Duval Street. Caroline's was a great place to eat too. I would definitely stay here again, and I would also recommend Shang-Ri-La to a friend. I always read reviews, but I hardly every write one. But this place is exceptional!
