Shang-Ri-La

Had a great 3 nights at Shangri-la. It was over New Years and being away from Duvall St (but close enough to go to dinner) worked out great. The unit is perfect, very well put together and Brian at Last Key was great to work with.

The apartment is very professionally managed. The location is a good mid way between busy town centre and laid back key west. Condo facilities are great: pool, jacuzzi and dry steam room .

Our family of 5 loved staying here. This condo and its location was perfect for the type of vacation that we wanted - sleep in, play tennis/ exercise in the morning, ride bikes over to the Duval Street area, walk around leisurely, see one cultural thing, have an amazing lunch, bike home, shower, see sunset from the pool area, cook a great dinner, watch a movie/sports in the big living room. There are 3 tennis courts and a fantastic pro who gives lesson there. The bike rental co delivered 5 bikes right to the bike rack (and picked them back up the same way). Publix was a 10 min drive and the kitchen had all the we needed. Smathers beach is at the end of the block. This property is a 15 min bike ride away from Duval St which was what we wanted- our teenage kids are great bike riders. Brian from Last Key was fabulous to work with. Beyond being incredibly responsive, he proactively reached out pre arrival to make sure we were set on day 1. The parking spot made it all easy.

Comfortable spacious unit with all the needed amenities. Located out of the hubbub of Duval but only a 15 minute bike ride away from the action. Host was attentive and helpful. Made process easy. Great pool but limited exercise facilities. We’d stay here again.

The condo is a nice size for four adults and is right on the beach. The pool, hot tub and game area is great. We had a nice view of the ocean from the balcony, but were occasionally attached by no-see-ums from the reserve and it smells like rotting vegetation. We also noticed mold in the ice maker. It's about a 1.5 mile walk to Duval Street, which we didn't mind.

First Brian met us at the property, showed us around and took us to our unit. When we walked in we were blown away. The view was stunning, the unit was so beautiful!! And it even smelled clean. In the freezer was our first taste of Key lime pie. Brian wanted to make sure we were supported during our entire stay. He got in touch with a colleague that booked an event for us. Everything was smooth and effortless!! I highly recommend Last Key and this unit. It is even prettier than the pics!!

We stayed at the SHANG-RI-LA for a long weekend with friends. The condo was outfitted with everything that you will need and was absolutily perfect for what we needed and the facilities (pool, clubhouse, etc,) we all clean and well maintained. We will defintley consider stayign here again on our nexxt trip to Key West.

I will definitely be back to stay with Last Key Resorts. I am glad to know that we can book directly through their website the next time I visit. The Host was friendly and met us on the property at check in. Very responsive. He was very knowledgeable about the island. The condo was perfect for the three of us. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony with that great ocean view. We spent a lot of time at the pool and natural beach in front of the condo. You also can’t beat its proximity to Smathers and Higgs beach when you want to enjoy a more commercialized feeling beach.

1800 Atlantic is such a great spot for a stay in KW especially with younger kids. This condo in particular had a wonderful spot for the kids to have their own room and space. Along with a great balcony view and everything needed to make it feel like home during our stay. Christan was the kindest to have a Key Lime pie waiting for us upon arrival. Needless to say we enjoyed it for breakfast! A must stay if you want to enjoy the island with a little distance from all the busyness of Duval/downtown.

Worth the $ to have a full kitchen and private balcony! Every room is very spacious. There was only 2 of us and we liked having the extra bedroom for our clothes. Can easily accommodate a family of 4!! Felt very safe and was a quiet place to relax. Restaurants and shopping are not far. No issues at all and we will be back!! (We are quite particular and usually can list a few things to improve accommodations, but we were pleased with everything!!)

The apartment is very pleasant. Great furniture, fully equipped with quality equipments. Nice and peaceful sea view from all the rooms. Swimming pool outside with a front sea is just great. Also a ping-pong table to play for the kids which was a plus. Christian is reactive and very clear. All was great!

Only one thing to improve: the bed in the master room is too old and the mattress should definitely be changed as it is not confortable anymore. My wife and I did not sleep well because of this reason. For the rest, all was great!

The balcony is very private, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is STOCKED with everything you can imagine and then some. We felt very safe at the location and the security staff is very nice. The pool area is perfect and water was comfortable. The shower was amazing and our daughters loved the jets in the bathtub . The condo is on the less populated side of the island which is really valuable to us. Christian went above and beyond for us and he even left us a gift in the fridge to enjoy. Key West is an expensive island to stay on and considering the cost of real estate and the location, the price was one of the best I had found.

It’s perfect for lounging around, very cozy. The nature trail is right next to the building. Pool and hot tub are great, beautiful walk to get to it. The kitchen was so well stocked. It was a lovely kitchen. We loved the dimmable lighting. The views were great. We walked to the beach .4 miles away, it was rocky and hard to walk through to get in in some places, but it was still pleasant.

Very lovely place. One of the persons in our party became sick so we ended up inside a great deal of the time. Our tv was not working well and they worked that problem very hard but it had to do with cable company.
Our microwave didn’t work and they replaced it the next day. Other than that it was very nice. People were wonderful.

Das Apparent ist sehr schön, dass Beste was wir jemals gebucht hatten.
So eine tolle und schöne Küche, sehr hochwertig von den Pfannen bis zum Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel, einfach alles da.
Die Persönliche Betreuung, bei der Übergabe einfach sehr gut.

Excellent location to get to anywhere by car, usually within 7 min . Parking in town is easy to find free places or pay to park which is relatively cheap. Free bus will take you all around old town. Fantastic facility which includes a pool, gym, and library. Nice nature trail next door. Right by a piece of the waterfront

We come to the keys about three times a year. This condo was the most equipped for my family. The other people in the complex were very polite and the noise level was low. The condo was very spacious, the rooms and beds were very comfortable. Great stay we will definitely rebook here with our family again. Thanks for a great place!

This condo was as beautiful in person as the pictures online! The view from the balcony is stunning! The best part of renting this unit is that you are taken care of by Last Key Realty. I have never had a representative meet me at a VRBO upon arrival like Last Key Realty did! They took care of us from start to finish! Christian was awesome to work with! He met us outside the condo and showed us how to enter, how to use door key pad and answer ed all our questions. He even had a Key Lime Pie waiting for us in the refrigerator! This kitchen was the best stocked VRBO kitchen I have ever seen! My only issue was with the bed in the master bdrm; it was like quicksand! Lol! The mattress was not firm at all, you sink when you lay down, and it squeaked w every movement. It’s probably time for the condo owner to replace it. (No fault of Last Key Realty) I did not let that spoil our vacation. I honestly would choose this place again! I highly recommend Shang-Ri-La in Key West! It will not disappoint!! Thank you, Christian and Last Key Reality for making this a memorable vacation for our family! We had a blast!

The property is awesome! It gave us the relaxing and vacation feeling the moment we stepped in the door. The ocean view was amazing. And the amenities in the resort is top on the notch - they even have a clay court on site for tennis. The swimming pool has a very good ocean view and the environment is clean and nice. As we arrived late than expected, we used the self check in process - which is not complicated at all. Christian made clear instruction for us so everything went very smooth! The host welcomed us with a key lime pie sitting in the fridge :-) Thank you for doing that! The condo has everything you will need for the stay. The whole experience was unforgettable. Our whole family enjoyed the experience very much!

We were welcomed with a key lime pie and bottled waters, plus enough supplies to last the trip (TP, soaps, etc). All around enjoyable, though the hall carpets were worn and we had no idea where to put our trash when we left!

My husband and I visited Key West for the first time to get married :) We stayed at Shangri-La at 1800 Atlantic.  Everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with was wonderful.  The condo was absolutely perfect, just as described and pictured.  We walked into a clean, modern, cool (temp), and welcoming environment.  Last Key communicated with us from start to finish.  I always felt like I had resources should I need any assistance.  Very friendly and informative!   Our guest coordinator was excellent! He greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the place.  There were complimentary waters and key lime pie left for us.  The concierge service was great.  They made arrangements for our bicycle rentals and jet ski excursion.  Everything was seamless and easy, as it should be on vacation!   I will absolutely be coming back to wonderful Key West and will absolutely be working with Last Key upon my return.

Monique did a wonderful job welcoming us to Key West.  We arrived at the condo in the middle of the night and she made sure all the lights were on and had music playing.  The key lime pie she left in the fridge for us was AMAZING!  The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious and had a great view of the Gulf.  Kitchen had all the amenities that we needed.  The pool was large, well kept with plenty of lounge chairs.  It never felt crowded.  We brought a volleyball with us and walked to the local beach - 5 min walk.  Loved the dedicated parking spot in the parking garage which kept our car cool.  Be sure to check out the local farms market by the pier about a 10 min walk.  It was about a 30 min walk to Duval St. - We loved this location.

The main bedroom shower was huge, great patio also. We had 4 adults- 2 in the main room, and 2 in each twin bed- there was a couch also so plenty of room for more than 4. Got groceries and did our own breakfast and late night meals to save $. Overall a really good location!

Was a great location close to everything- Garage door opener battery was dead- but you can use the key to access the garage then just stand by the sensor to let yourself in- It would have been a bigger issue if you were by yourself vs with a group- The main bedroom shower was huge, great patio also- We had 4 adults- 2 in the main room, and 2 in each twin bed- there was a couch also so plenty of room for more than 4. She was in contact the entire time and made sure we had an amazing time!   I cannot thank Monique for her 5 star service while we were down in the Keys! Our concierge, Monique, took care of us from the start. Perfect ocean view entire length of condo with triple sliding glass doors in all three rooms. Everything is set up for you to enjoy Key West. Last Key Realty manages this property and they are great! Our plane landed at 10 am, but checkout wasn’t until 4 pm. They have an office on Duval to lock up your luggage! That was a huge help to us. My dad and I were on mopeds, so we weren’t sure how we were going to get our luggage to the condo, but Monique drove our luggage there & brought it up to the room! She was awesome.

I speak for my wife and our dear friends that vacationed for the first time in Key West. And while everything we did off-site was amazing, it wouldn't have been the same without being able to unwind and relax at Shang-Ri-La. Amazing views of the beach, close proximity to both Higgs And Smathers Beaches. It has everything you could possibly need for an island get away. The view from the balcony is priceless. The pool and beach area are perfect. Walking distance to the public beach next door. Gorgeous waterfront condo lives up to expectations - and goes beyond! Photos of listing accurately reflect the beauty, brightness, and cleanliness of the space. Condo had all the needed amenities, and communication with the property manager was very positive. She made sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Beautiful pool/hot tub and close, easy access to the ocean. We’d rent here again in a heartbeat!

Monique was excellent at communication and readily available when we had questions. The unit has a clear manual for reference. I also received messages with check-in and check-out info.
This condo is spacious, stylish, and extremely well-stocked. Extremely clean. Beautiful kitchen and a spacious outdoor balcony area with a great view. We liked the location near the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of crowded downtown.
Last Key provides a complimentary concierge service that made booking activities extremely easy. We highly recommend the two Eco Tours: the kayaking trip through the mangroves to see jelly fish and sponges, and the Eco Tours trip on the Java Cat, which offered a sailing experience, snorkeling to see sponges, and kayaking around Mule Key to see the mangroves and many birds. We were also able to book our tickets on the Yankee Freedom to go to Dry Tortugas National Park. We were booked well in advance of our trip for our tours and just had to show up and enjoy ourselves.
Overall, we were very happy to spend our time in Key West at Last Key's place A306.

We were so happy with our stay at the Shang Ri-La at the Beach! The condo was perfect for our two couple adult trip and had everything you needed, including laundry detergents, soaps, coffee, spices, etc. Monique did an amazing job from meeting us upon arrival to texting to give recommendations for restaurants. Went to Key West via Key West Express Boat for Labor Day Wkend. Stayed at a condo called Shang-ri-la. The unit looked exactly like the pics on the website - Just Beautiful. Worked with Last Key Realty, Monique Murphy, and she did a fabulous job. From the very start stayed in touch with us. She was very professional, efficient, helpful and very friendly. She certainly made our trip that much better. The owners of that unit did an amazing job with the décor. The pool, jacuzzi and tropical grounds was awesome. The only bad part of our trip was it was cut in half due to the impending weather from Hurricane Dorian forcing the port to have the boat go back 2 days early. Alex O'Donnell at Last Key has been most helpful in any paperwork/info we may need for the trip interruption. We plan to go back and again and finish what we started. Will definitely use Last Key Realty in the future.

The property was neat and clean. My husband and I got the master bedroom. Hugh bathroom. It had been updated. The other bathroom needs to be updated, too. Especially the tub/shower. The king bed in the master was very loud and squeeky when we got in or out of it and could be heard in the other bedroom as they share a wall. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Shang-Ri-La condo. The place was immaculately clean and everything we needed was right at our fingertips. There is a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings as we drank our coffee and ate our breakfast. The pool was amazing and we really enjoyed the time we spent there. The property is just a hop-skip-jump to the beach and our teenagers loved that. I guess the only negative I can come up with is that the king sized master bed makes a lot of squeaking and groaning sounds when you climb in and out of the bed. I suggest a new comfortable mattress is in order. However, this condo provided us with a comfortable, fun, and relaxing place to stay while enjoying our time in Key West.

We had a great post-Thanksgiving stay at Shang-Ri-La. Monique was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. All communications, their automated and personal follow up messages and personal interactions were exemplary. The property was exactly as advertised, it was complete with an abundance of supplies. We were greeted with a text welcoming us - we arrived on the Key West Express from Fort Myers. Monique met us at the door and offered to get us a baggage cart rather than pointing out that there WERE baggage carts. She had a Key Lime pie waiting as a welcoming gift along with a bottle of champagne. I could go on and on but let me say the only complaint we could register was the suggestion that the maintenance man spray some WD40 on a squeaking bathroom door. If you’re thinking of renting here, do it. You’ll be very happy.

Shang-ri-la is a very nice condo. It was very clean upon our arrival and having a washer and dryer available was a big plus! Shannon was AWESOME!!! She was very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed working and talking with her. Would highly recommend staying in Shang-ri-la.

This condo was the perfect fit for my family of 4. There was plenty of room to spread out. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully supplied kitchen, sitting area, dining area and a large balcony. The ac worked great. The washer and dryer worked well. There were plenty of towels and pool/beach towels. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The pool was very large and there are two reserved lap lanes where I swam laps each day. The tennis courts were in great shape, 2 hard and one clay, where my husband and daughter played each day. The tennis pro provided clinics and private lessons which we took advantage of each day. The location is quiet and safe with gated under building parking. The location is about a mile from Duval, so we rented bikes and used them everyday to navigate the island. Shannon was friendly and very helpful. She checked up on us several times during our stay and made us feel very well taken care of during our vacation. I would definitely book this again. I feel that it was a good value for all the extras that were provided. The pictures are very accurate. The view was dreamy! We are missing Key West and talking about next Spring Break already!

Very nicely renovated unit. Location and view were great! Condo grounds and pool were very nice. Shannon, the rental agent, was very helpful, and quickly remedied the one problem we had- she came right out on a Sunday morning. Highly recommended.

This condo is nothing short of amazing! It is exactly as the pictures describe it. The views are even better in person than the pictures as well! From the day I made the reservation through check-out, we received five-star service and communication from Shannon and her team. This is one of the best vacations that I've been on and this property was a big part of it. Everything was in immaculate condition. We will absolutely be staying at this property again. The location is right on the ocean with amazing views. The grounds and pool area were beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. I really liked the security the building offered us. The local management company made every effort to help us too! Thanks again Last Key Realty. Key West has so much to do, but I recommend renting a moped or bicycles.
