Neptune's Penthouse

Great accommodations and communications. It's about a 30-minute walk to downtown and with parking at $5/hr we either walked or used uber. we had challenges with tv's when trying to use the streaming services, but most of time was spent out of the unit so it was manageable. The toughest part of the stay was when exiting the elevator and making our way to the unit. The hallway carpets had been shampooed, and the smell and dampness were not pleasant. On day three, fans were finally placed in the hallways to help with the situation. All-in-all, we would definitely rent this unit again.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and the place was very clean. Plenty of towels, etc. Kitchen is fully stocked and offers drip and Keurig coffee pots. Location is secure with gated entry to the garage. The view is amazing. The pool was huge and clean. It's on the quieter side of KW which we preferred, but we rented a scooter to get around when we wanted to go to Duvall St.,etc. Concierge from the rental company arranged the scooter rental and made it very easy. We were also greeted with a key lime pie in the fridge when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this location. My only suggestion would be if you want to walk everywhere, you may want to stay closer to Duvall Street, but if you want peace and quiet, stay here and either rent a scooter (which you can park for free around town) or rent a golf cart (you have to pay for parking if you rent a golf cart).

We looked for weeks at locations to book in Key West and finally settle upon this one. We had a beautiful eastern beach view with balcony directly over the pool. We received outstanding communication from the time we booked until the day we checked out. I would definitely hear again. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have begun looking at properties to buy in Key West.

This is by far one of our favorite vacations we have ever taken as a family. As a first time visit to Key West, we were overwhelmed by everything the Keys have to offer. You can have a total chill relaxing vacation or enjoy the numerous outdoor activities like, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling that are readily available. The friendliness of the locals was a pleasant surprise as well. What we loved most about this condo was the gorgeous views of the ocean and the peacefulness. The property is a perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of Duval Street but just a quick drive or bike ride away. Overall, everything was perfect for us. The condo is very clean and spacious. There is no updating needed to any of the furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal. We visited early July and were surprised how private and peaceful the property felt. The gorgeous pool was never crowed. Smathers Beach is just a few minutes' walk down the sidewalk. We met several folks that reside in the condos and were given many great tips for meals and activities to do as a family. The team at Last Key Realty were amazing to work with, checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We are definitely planning to come back and stay in this amazing condo in the next year...or sooner!

Our stay at Neptune’s Penthouse was everything i hoped it would be and more! We were so impressed with this condo. The pictures perfectly depicted the space. If I had to complain about anything, it’s only that there is no direct ocean access. You have to go to a public beach to get into the ocean. There is, however, a nice beach area to lay out and look at the water. We will definitely be back!

I am very glad we chose 1800 Atlantic Blvd it was beautiful inside and out. huge pool and a hot tub as well. We were able to keep an eye on our 2 teens from the balcony. We ubered everywhere a little costly but worth it. great location, short ride to airport duval, and Mallory Square. This was a great vacation highly recommend. The beaches were nice not too much seaweed either. Thanks Last Key!

This condo was a fantastic find! It was perfectly situated on the upper floor so the views of the ocean and pool were unobstructed. We also truly lucked out that we were in direct line of sight to the 4th of July fireworks - unexpected bonus! The layout is spacious and inviting and was noticeably clean in all spaces. It is in a very quiet setting near the beaches, and we biked and used Uber to get around the island. Last Key was amazing to work with, both before the trip helping with recommendations and questions, and also kind to check in during the stay to be sure there weer no issues. It was a terrific stay!

This is a great unit -- very clean and well appointed, with fabulous views of the water. The location is a 10-minute Uber ride from the craziness of Duval Street, but we actually preferred staying in a quiet, relaxing area. The management company was super easy to work with and very responsive.

This was our first time visiting KW and we will definitely be back. The condo was amazing with breath taking views from the living room and both bedrooms. The guest service coordinator was a big help upon our arrival and she made us feel at home. The location is a short 2-3 minute walk to a tropical beach with white sand and palm trees. Not within walking distance to shopping but we rented a golf cart and was everywhere within 5-10 minutes. Next time we plan to rent bicycles or scooters and make traveling on the island even easier. Highly recommend!

This unit is run by a property management company. The person we worked with was Tracie. She was the best. Met us at the property and showed us around the unit, and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit was spotless, had a great view (pelicans were diving for fish daily). It was nice to wake up and sit on the porch with a coffee. The pool was also fantastic. It's about a mile from Duval street, just far enough away to be quiet. Note if you have a large pickup truck it might not fit in the (gated) parking garage, as it is rather low, I would guess about 6'5" - 7' height, and tight spaces)

Could not have asked more from prior y managers. They greeted us and made sure to answer all of our questions. They communicated with us throughout our visit, just to let us know they were there if we needed anything. The property, while a bit dated, was extremely well maintained and run. Security was visible and proactive, without being intrusive. It was not walking distance to the action, but we enjoyed the quiet and parking was never a problem. Also cheap abundant rideshares. Beds were clean and comfortable. All amenities were there. Toilet paper, detergent, soap, clean, fluffy towels, etc. great shower in the Master too. Could not have been happier! Highly recommended!!

This condo is perfectly situated around plenty of activities but away from the hustle and loud duval street. Easy drive to get there for a visit. About 10 min max. Beautiful view, beach and swimming pool available. Private parking. Best part is it’s owned by last key realty and they do an amazing job as a personal concierge. They booked all our dinner reservations and excursions at no extra charge and our realtor, Monique started text contact with us day off arrival. Told us where to stop on drive, gave tons of recommendations, and even left a key lime pie and beverages in the fridge for us! best service ever!

We had a great trip in Key West and staying at Neptune's Penthouse. The unit is more modern and up to date with new finishing's than others with a great view of the water. The pool was great and we were close to some great restaurants around Key West. The kids rented mopeds and we were able to park them in our reserved parking spot which was nice. Everything about the condo is 5 star. It starts with the communication immediately after booking, prior to travel dates and throughout the stay. Staying here was a great idea. It was like a second home. Close to every and all excursions. 2 min from airport. No one wanted to leave. Parking which can be an issue in Key West was assigned and even our visitors found it convenient. Nice and quiet especially at night so you could get away from the Duval/downtown action. There are quite a few residents who are friendly and welcoming too.
The place itself is very well appointed and immaculate. Plenty of extras like towels beach, chairs sheets and full pantry made it easier to just hang out at home without little trips to “get something”. They even had charcoal in case you wanted to BBQ.
The hosts, in particular Laura, of last key are the very best! Not a detail left to chance. You can really let go!

Really great spot to enjoy the town! Generous 2 bedroom with huge master bath. Lovely views from every room, kitchen is highly functional and clean, easy check out and in. Be sure to use the complimentary concierge service to rent bikes and secure reservations. They suggested to have Public deliver groceries and it was so easy to kick off our vacation from day 1!

The property is accurately described. It actually looks better in person. The pool area was clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs available. Security is taken seriously at the complex. Keys are needed to enter all areas and a friendly security guard was seen around the property. This is definitely one of the nicer units as it is on the top floor and has great ocean views. We left the car in the garage most of the time and called Uber. We did drive to Fort Zachery Beach which was beautiful. Smather’s Beach next to the complex has the worst smell, but fortunately it does not smell at the condo. The unit had just about everything you would need - plenty of linens, beach chairs, beach towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoying morning coffee and evenings on the extended balcony was what I enjoyed most.

Property was very well kept, saw security several time so felt very safe,,, clean rooms,,, everything worked properly and the best was Shannon Maska!!! By far the best host/concierge service I have ever received ANYWHERE!!!!! She made our week there over the top! During our stay it was both my wife & daughter bday during the week, when we arrived there was Bday cake, candles, hats, and Flowers! The small personal touches made a huge impression,,, then she reached out on both bday not only to check on us but to wish each of them a HAPPY BIRTHDAY one both days! Our family had an amazing time! The condo was better than we even imagined. It was perfectly clean and updated with super nice furniture, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, and a wonderful ocean view. The building felt a bit dated, but the condo did not! If you want to stay on the ocean, we would highly recommend staying at this property. (Note: The name of the condo could be a bit deceiving. It is not a penthouse, but it is one of many rooms on the top floor of the building.) We will definitely stay here again!

It is such a pleasure to hear what an amazing time your group had in Neptune's Penthouse! Comfortable beds and linens is especially a wonderful compliment as that can be difficult to achieve! We are not quite sure why the name of the condo is deceiving - however - because this is a TOP floor unit in a 4-Story building. The ceilings are beautifully vaulted and much higher in this top floor unit than any other floor. The ocean views, as you said, are breathtaking and the setting from this high in a penthouse location is magnificent. We hope future guests will not be confused by this review as the definition of Penthouse in the dictionary is: "an apartment on the top floor of a tall building, typically luxuriously fitted and offering fine views" which is EXACTLY what this condo offers!

We only were in Key West for 3 nights - way too short of a time. Loved the place and will return. The condo was very clean, comfortable, spacious, well laid out .... and much more! Shannon, our Guest Services Coordinator, was extremely helpful before and during our stay. A joy to deal with!

Beautiful condo in a great resort. Quiet and away from the action of Duval Street with a nice beach right next door. Easy walk or very quick Uber to all the shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We were in Key West for our daughters beach wedding and needed a place for us (parents) and our other adult children to stay. The place itself was extremely clean and tastefully decorated but what impressed me the most was how well furnished it was. It was a very small intimate wedding and I hosted several of the meals. The kitchen had everything I needed (and more) and was nice quality along with fresh comfortable furnishings and linens. Of course it didn’t hurt that it had a wonderful view of the ocean from our balcony. Highly recommend.

We were so happy with the entire experience. Check in was perfect. Location beautiful. Unit very very nice. Appointments perfect. Common areas exceptional Anything I thought I might need for and 8 night stay was there. So clean TVs new and large. Important during football season. Do not hesitate to rent this unit.

The condo is nicely decorated & the view is awesome of the ocean & the pool. It has all the comforts of home... from the kitchen which had spices, paper towels & dish soap to the bathrooms with towels & hand soap! (As you can tell I'm so used to buying those things) From the moment we met Shannon from Last Key Realty she made us feel welcome & was very helpful with suggestions... she even had a key lime pie in the fridge & sand toys for my grandson. We had a great week making our way around the island then coming back to a relaxing place to stay. We will be back!

The was a spectacular view and quiet space. We were traveling with little ones and it was the perfect place. Huge pool, walking distance (stone throw away) to Smathers Beach. This is the quiet side of Key West. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to (but it's July and simply too hot). The building itself is dated along with the hallways. I heard, "oh thank God it's nice" as soon as my husband opened the door. It was totally remodeled and very well appointed. Sometimes in a condo, houses, it is so skimpy but not this unit. There was toilet paper, paper towels, lots of beach towels and a FULL size washer and dryer. The master shower was amazing. It could hold 10 people. This unit was managed by Last Key Realty who truly provided amazing service. I worked with Shannon as a coordinator when I arrived who even picked me up some starter groceries. She checked in regularly and helped with little things like a dr for a sick little one. Rodney was great at booking process as well. They even arranged a high chair and it was waiting for us at the unit. The concierge was great especially Phillip who recommended a bunch of kid friendly places and he was super fast at email. Our trip was great and Last Key made it better.

Clean and updated condo that offers an amazing view, amenities, and a very short stroll to the beach! We loved renting this property - we felt welcomed and pampered and really enjoyed our time relaxing here. We highly recommend this condo to rent - spacious, clean and has everything you need! My family and I had a VRBO property owner cancel on us with little notice for our New Years arrival in the Keys. Thank you so much to the property managers for Neptune's Penthouse to accommodate us at the last minute. The property was absolutely beautiful. It had a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and it was immaculately cleaned for our short notice arrival. We would definitely stay here again AND would definitely refer this property.
