My stay was excellent. Communication was top-notch and we had the pleasure of meeting Nancy and Laura as we arrived for our prearranged early check in. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well appointed and we were delightfully surprised the condo had been updated and looked better than the pictures reflected . Many updates and decor changes were not reflected in the pictures .The apartment was comfortable, well appointed and beautiful and the personal meet and greet was a nice touch. This would is especially helpful to recap the layout amenities, parking etc. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the staff, and they checked in periodically to make sure everything was in order and on point. Highly recommended location as it was generally pretty peaceful and quiet yet close enough to the action… This was a nice halfway point. Kudos to the staff who insured we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended vacation rental with superlative service.

We had a great stay and Victor gave great step-by-step instructions on how to get in. They even offered a pamphlet for where to park if you rented a car. The binder left in the room by Last Key had very useful information, and we used many of their restaurant recommendations which were great! The place was plenty big enough with plenty of bathroom space. The balcony offered great privacy and a little bit of nature which was great. The pool and beach area were amazing, absolutely loved the walk thru to the pool area, like a rainforest with all the vegetation. We rented a car so it was great to have available parking and only a short trip up to Duval Street or any other area of the island. The short walk to Smathers Beach was perfect!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Our host was very responsive if we had any questions or concerns. The beach is walking distance due to construction but was perfect and beautiful. Beds were comfortable and clean. Will definitely be staying again, highly recommend staying here!

Our family of five couldn't be happier with the location, the communication, accomodations, activities, all were great and were higher than expected. Victor was super at communicating and had a wonderful personality and was very helpful. Charlie the concierge was just as nice and helpful as Victor. We've used many rentals and this one takes the cake! I brought two totes as I've learned to to be sure I have everything we need and I didn't even need them. They even had seasonings in the cupboard and great beds!!! Thank you all so much we can't wait to come back again.

Host was an outstanding communicator. Check-in process was fully remote and seamless! Thank you, Victor Redd! (Also the Key Lime pie was a hit!). The property itself was great and has its own little private oasis with the pool and private beach. Our place didn’t have the ocean view, but we didn’t need to pay all the extra money per night for that because we spent our time at 1800 Atlantic either at the pool, at Smithers Beach right next door, or Sleeping! The rest of the time we spent enjoying the sights and scenery of Key West! Great family vacation for us!

This is such a well-appointed property! Everything we needed was supplied. Coolers, towels and chairs to take to the beach. Free parking. Coffee and even a key lime pie! There were breathtaking views of sunset on the beach, great pool and clean property! This was by far the best trip I’ve had to key west because of the property. Victor was great to work with, especially since I needed packages delivered. Felt a little like a scavenger hunt to get inside, but the instructions with photos were perfect and each step felt like you were winning something. Condo was perfect for our family of 3 over Thanksgiving. We rent a lot of AirBnBs and this was the BEST kitchen and we were able to make a full homemade Thanksgiving dinner, including a pumpkin pie. Beds were comfortable and appreciated the full size washer and dryer, including detergent. Pool toys, chairs, coolers...the place is well stocked.

Last Key was a perfect experience for a chill girls trip! This property is very responsive and goes over and beyond to assure your trip is one to remember. Highly recommend.
You do have a jump a couple of small hoops like place your card down and there was a bit of construction going on but still will choose Last Key again!

Victor was awesome! Lended us towels for the beach and let us store our bags in the office while we waited for our room to be ready. Highly recommend staying here. Smathers was walking distance but we preferred Higgs beach, which was only a 3 minute drive.

We are glad that Joann enjoyed her stay! We agree, the seaweed along the shore can be a nuisance, but sadly it's the city that cleans it up and not the building; and they aren't always the quickest to do so. Good news is the city cleans up Smathers beach (about a 1/4 of a mile away) every morning! Thankfully seaweed or not, it has no effect on how lovely the condo is :)

First of all, I can’t say enough about how Victor and his associates at Last Key Realty took care of all our needs and questions! Check in was a breeze! Our two grown grandchildren were blown away by how nice the condo was! They scoped out the entire property as soon as we arrived and couldn’t wait to show us the tropical garden, the pool, and the rest of the facilities!! Property was as pictured in the photos. Well stocked kitchen (and key lime pie in the fridge!) Far enough away from the craziness but easy to get to the action. Nice outside areas, parking garage. Only drawback, balcony is next to a busy road so you hear traffic noise when outside. But the treetops hide the view of traffic. I would rent again!

The condo and amenities were wonderful! It was conveniently located near the airport, but not so near that it was noisy as it’s also not a busy airport. It was a short drive (8 minutes) to the downtown where all of the action was. This was perfect as we wanted more of a relaxing vacation not one full of partying. The only constructive criticism I have was that some of the furniture was slightly tired, but not unusable or unclean or anything. Just could eventually use some upgrades! Thank you for everything!

Nicely furnished, comfortable condo in a secure complex and safe neighborhood. Victor from Last Key Realty did a great job coordinating our stay. Condo has plenty of room for two couples or family, and includes quality beach chairs, cooler and towels. This unit is on the first floor (one above street level) and faces South Roosevelt Blvd, so no ocean view and you will hear street traffic on the balcony. The complex has a salt water pool and hot tub with a great southern view of ocean. There is a tropical garden sitting area for chillin in the shade. Great location if you want a quiet setting away from all the excitement and crowds of historic downtown. Rental includes covered parking. It's a nice 2 - 3 mile walk along the beach and through neighborhoods to downtown/seaport areas. Most of the restaurants are downtown, however, nearby Salute! is excellent. We used Uber for downtown excurisons as parking is limited and relatively expensive.

The cleanliness of this condo was immaculate. The linens were nice, nice washer and dryer to use, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Publix delivers to the Condo so we were able to get groceries super fast. It’s not in waking distance to Duval St but Duval is so load at all hours of the night so we were happy to not be close to it. All Ubers were always no more than two minutes away and they are average price. Victor the property manager was amazing and would periodically check on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was good at the condo. We would definitely stay again!

Don’t let the unsuspecting outside or the long dull hallway turn you away. Inside the unit is perfect. Tons of room for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen. All the supplies you need for a week. The Last Key Airbnb is a great place to stay. It's extremely clean, very large, and the amenities (pool, hot tub, small workout room) are all very nice. It's also a 5-10 minute walk from one beach, and a little bit further to another. Victor, who's the coordinator, met us at the location and gave us the run down about the room and facilities. He was very helpful.
This place is about a 5 or so minute drive to most of Duval street (where most of the restaurants and bars are). It's probably 10 by bike and 30 by walking.

Honestly what a great experience from start to finish. Victor was such a good property manager. He kept constant communication so we always felt like if there was anything we needed we could reach out. The condo is literally 5 mins from the airport and everything site seeing wise is 10-15 minutes away. The property has a beautiful pool and beach access. It's has a very large master bath and master bed. Pretty straight forward experience being my first Airbnb booking.

A very beautiful stay! The place was clean and had all the basic amenities and very nicely decorated. The patio had a lovely view. Close to the Southernmost point buoy and Duval street. We loved our stay here. It was clean, roomy and we loved the pool. Smathers beach was a very short walk away. Publix delivered food (and beer) without any problems. We traveled with 3 kids 7,9,14 and they all had a blast. If you are coming to key west for strictly Duval street I would definitely get a rental of some sort but Uber was always 2-3 minutes from us and the pricing was very reasonable

Property is a well maintained and well equipped 2nd floor unit in a large building/complex. Building looks like it was constructed in the 1980s but this unit was clearly updated. Property has a pool, tennis courts and a hot tub. Unit came with everything you would need including beach towels, chairs and a cooler. Property manager was very helpful and contacted us in advance. Check in was a little unusual - would have helped if I had read the property managers instructions. Property was close to everything but 10 minutes from duval, which is a good thing. We hope to come back.

Even before we arrived the experience with renting this unit was fantastic. Our concierge kept in touch even before our arrival. We were able to order groceries ahead of time to our unit and it was all there waiting for us when we checked in. The unit was great. Well decorated and clean. Extra large balcony with table and chairs when we choose to eat outside. The condo unit was very convenient and within walking distance to the beach which was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all my family and friends visiting.

We stayed here with my 83 year old mom and my husband for Thanksgiving week after we kayaked and biked 120 miles over three days from Key Largo to Key West. My mom was driven down by my sister who left after our trek. We all enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was huge and we used that a few times. The check-in process was very easy and the place was very clean and full of everything you could think of. We had access to the beach towels, spices in the kitchen, laundry detergent, etc. It was so nice to not have to buy those things at the grocery store! Thank you to Laura for making this a wonderful place to stay with no inconveniences. We will definitely be back!!!!

This condo was spacious, comfortably furnished and had every cooking and home-type item guests would find in their own homes. It also has beach toys for kids (sand-castle structures) and plenty of towels, as well as washer-dryer so that your wet beach stuff is clean and ready the next day. The garage was easy to access, and it's a 1/4 mile walk to a beach with no seaweed on it. Note to future guests - the 4:00 pm check-in and 10:00 am check-out times are not adjustable, so plan accordingly. Though the ocean is near, seaweed tends to congregate at the closest swim spot, so be ready to walk a bit for more sand and space on the beach.

Great location and beautiful property! The condo was about 1300 square feet so it gave us plenty of room to relax and spread out. The spacious balcony does not include a water view and faces the road with some landscaping blocking the road. The balcony was a little noisy, but still a nice place to relax. It had solid hurricane sliders, so there was no noise in the condo itself. The decor was perfect for a tropical theme and having the twin beds in one room was great for my teenagers. The master had a king bed and was very roomy. It had an unusual tub in the master that looked like an old jacuzzi that could easily hold 6 people. The condo was super clean and well equipped. Only thing we couldn't find was a wine opener. One of the best features was the complimentary concierge service that came with the condo. They helped us find great places to eat, attractions to enjoy and coordinated our bike rentals for the long weekend. Definitely recommend getting around on bikes so that you don't have to worry about parking. We enjoyed being out of the action of Duval. The pool was great, lots of chairs and places to hang out. They had a beach but you couldn't get to the water from the beach. Still a beautiful view to enjoy. Didn't use them, but the workout facilities look nice. Property also had tennis courts. The concierge allowed us to store our bags at their office on Duval street after we got off the Key West Express until we could check in - same for our return trip. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this property! We were well cared for!

The condo was adorable, clean and comfortable for our family of five. The pool is lovely, and the short walk to the public beach is pleasant and easy! There was a little confusion with our checkin time and the information for it, but we sorted it out easily and quickly. Overall, we'd highly recommend this property!

Condo was in great condition and very clean. Location was very convenient. Check in process was likely affected by COVID but still fairly smooth. Very comfortable bedding and overall furnishings. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

We had an amazing stay in key west with this Airbnb. The room was stocked with just about anything you could need on a beach vacation. The pool was wonderful with a lot of beach chairs and umbrellas. We spent a lot of time at the pool and met some wonderful people who lived there. We were very happy with our stay!

Check in: I was a little confused with checking in because there was a parking garage and it’s a secure condo building so getting in and figuring out all the details was a challenge. If covid wasn’t present I feel this process would have been much cleaner and less confusing. Room: room was perfect for our stay. Everything kitchen and bath wise was included. Kitchen was large and housed everything from ice to Margherita glasses. Balcony was a great size and all rooms had a sliding door to access. Street was a little loud because we faced the A1A corner but wasn’t a big deal. Decor was wonderful and very key west. Amenities: Pool and hot tub were nice and large. Walk to the beach off property was much much closer then I thought. Parking garage was a huge plus and there was also outdoor parking as well. I was able to rent a golf cart and park it in the garage while I parked my car outside. The address seemed pretty notable because taxis, deliveries and ubers all knew how and where it was. Not in the thick of Duval walking wise, but easy to get to by bike, cart, or car. Loved the stay would definitely recommend to others.

It's such a pleasure to be able to continue to provide our guests with a positive vacation experience, even during the current pandemic. We appreciate the feedback given in this review, and in response, we are preparing a short video tutorial to help make our current "contactless" check-in process easier for future guests. Our normal (non-COVID) check-in procedure makes the process of navigating the 1800 Atlantic condo building a breeze, as we meet guests in person outside of the building, show them where to park, give them a quick tour of the complex, and show them how to access their condo and on-site amenities. We look forward to the day we can meet our guests face-to-face again, but until then we will continue to improve on our adjusted COVID check-in procedures, so we can provide the highest level of service that our guests have grown accustomed to.

We had great stay at the Conch in the Treetops, Danny from Last Key Reality met us at the condo and gave us a quick tour of the property and made sure we were comfortable with all of the property details. Loved the porch for coffee in the morning and having a full kitchen available to make a quick breakfast before our day started. The property is quiet in the evening and very relaxing. The location is convenient to get to and really appreciated the assigned indoor parking for the late evenings knowing we would have a place to park. Will be looking forward to our next trip and the opportunity to stay there again.

My 2 boys and I had a great vacation here. Everything you could possibly need. Comfortable and spacious with everything you need in a condo. DANNY the guest services manager was amazingly helpful and available to take care of everything. He even stocked our condo with some of our faves!! Celebrated daughter's college graduation and husband's early retirement. Beautiful property. Danny, the concierge was very helpful in making this a celebration by providing cake, balloons, and wine. The property had a 3 ring binder with all the information about the town we needed. The hot tub was wonderful. We grilled out one night after hot tubbing. Very fun. I would highly recommend staying here and plan on coming back.

We rented this great condo for a week with another couple. It’s clean & well equipped with things you need without shopping right away. The beach is .3mile away or a 2 minute bike ride. The pool area is fabulous & perfect for pool days. It is a short Uber to town but far enough it’s quiet. This is a street side view which the locals told us that was the “slums” for the condo area. Lol. It was nice however & we would stay here again.

My family loved our stay here. All of the rooms are updated and modern, clean and comfortable. Our coordinator was Laura and she personally met us and gave us the keys when we arrived. She was even kind enough to leave a binder with local restaurant and activity recommendations and a key lime pie in the fridge! Our only complaint is that the entire area outside had an unpleasant smell coming from the beach, but this was due to an overgrowth of a certain type of algae. It was beyond anyone’s control. We still really enjoyed the pool. The beach isn’t much, just offers pretty views. Overall, we loved our stay here and would recommend to large groups vacationing in key west.

The apartment is exactly as the pictures. The spaces are very clean and there are many amenities like coffee maker and others in the kitchen. For the ones with kids there are sand toys. You don't have to worry also about beach chairs and towels. The condominium swimming pool and social area in the complex are amazing. The only issue I found was in the garage, the weather was really hot and the smell in the garage was really bad. We didn't identify the smell reason, but seems to come from the underground rain water galleries.

This was our family’s first visit to Key West and we really enjoyed it. The condo was spacious, clean and really did feel like home. We had our own covered parking space. The pool was very nice with Smathers beach only a couple minutes walking distance. The property manager had lots of amenities there for us- laundry supplies, coffee, spices, beach chairs & towels- she even got a birthday cake made for our son’s 21st!

This VBRO was lovely. It was clean, well equipped, high quality beds, sheets, and towels (something we value), pool and grounds with beautiful view of the ocean, and many amenities. They also have a concierge service that we should have taken advantage of but did not. Laura gave us great advice in terms of things to do and places to eat, and was very responsive when we called her. This unit has a sizable balcony that includes doors to bedrooms and living area. It does face a street. There are trees and wall between the unit and the street so we couldn't see the street (still very private), but we did hear a bit of car noise in the evenings in the bedrooms (but not the living and dining areas). Neighbors were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean nicely decorated unit with awesome bedding and towels galore. The only drawback is the distance from all of. T things to do in Key West, but an approximate $12 Uber ride wouldn’t hstwherwe we be. The heated pool was a nice thing to enjoy on one of our days too and Laura with the agency was great. Thanks! We recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. We were very impressed that the unit was fully stocked with a wide variety of items that visitors might need on a vacation. For example, there were both wet and dry coolers for our boat Charter, there were also beach chairs for the nearby beach and noodles for the pool. Additionally, the unit was stocked with all the necessary items for cooking and eating. While the unit is a 30 minute walk from Duval Street, we most often took an Uber for around $13.00. For us, the "self contained property" was more than worth it, meaning for our our relaxation, as we did not want to be in the middle of Duval Street's busyness. The only small draw back we found to the unit is that you do hear traffic on the road as it drives by during the day and the night. Other than that we had a great time and would recommend the unit.

Family of 5 - super happy with our stay - should've stayed longer! Shannon and James really provided over the top support and service (without being intrusive at all). The apartment is so well stocked (not only kitchen, but towels, bedding, first aid, beach toys, etc). Communication was great. Our only problem was we spent so much time out having fun that we spent little time in the apartment. The only thing I would point out is that the beach isn't water access - but that is very typical in the Keys and water access is super close with Higgs and Smathers both walkable.

To put it simply, we felt at home while away. The condo was nicely appointed, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning to full blown meal if we wanted to cook to a late night snack. The artwork throughout was tasteful and represented the Key vibe well. Took full advantage of the pool and enjoyed our interaction with residents, staff and other vacationers in the complex. It was nice having a reserved parking spot in the garage too. We can't say enough about Shannon and Alex from Last Key Realty. They were very accommodating, always a phone call or email away and provided us with the local knowledge that made our stay extra special. Extremely happy with our experience and would not hesitate to book with them again.

Shannon met us on arrival and was extremely helpful and addressed all our needs. She checked on us two days in and came to say good-bye when we left. Also, Shannon, the pies were delicious. Our accommodations were excellent. The condo is beautifully equipped and exceptionally clean. The condo was a nice condo for a family of five. Well furnished, in a quiet area of Key West on the second level of the building. It is near Smather's beach which is nice. It is removed from the happenings of downtown, so if you want to be in the middle of things downtown it isn't a good location. However, we rented bikes, and enjoyed riding downtown as a family so it worked well for us. The staff is very helpful and nice, and helped us with all of our excursions which were fabulous.

This property was perfect for us- family of 5 with kids ages 10-17. Shannon (property mgr) was awesome and really helped us get settled in right away. The concierge service is great- we ordered bikes and they were there when we arrived- biked around the island all week. Went on a great Eco-tour with kayaking/snorkeling/sailing- highly recommend. Also went on a Discovery Scuba dive another day- awesome as well. Beach is a short walk or bike ride away. The master bed/bath is large and nice, and the couch/bed in the main living area is great. Kitchen is full sized- we drove from Miami and brought most of our breakfast/lunch food with us but there are places to buy groceries in town. In summary, very nice unit, great location, we would go back in a heartbeat!

Conch in the Treetops was our Key West home for a wonderful, relaxing vacation week! The property is beautiful, clean, comfortable, well-appointed and nicely located - if you don't need or want to be in the midst of the Duvall St crowds (which was perfect for us). We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the proximity to Smathers Beach. Similar to other reviews, what really made our experience wonderful from start to finish, was Shannon! Friendly and extremely helpul, Shannon went above and beyond - from directing us to provisions (beer!) after our late arrival, to getting some documents printed for my son, and more! Tremendous customer care! Some other favorites from our visit - Salute! restaurant for dinner (lasagne was amazing!) Island to Island tours (Capt. Ally and snorkelling/fishing are a great way to spend a day in the Keys), Jack's Flats Key Lime pie and Sombrero Beach in Marathon.

Stayed in this apartment for 5 nights. Shannon from Lastkey Realty was superb waiting for us upon arrival to check in and give us a tour of the property and information about the complex and things to do in Key West. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything needed for your stay including foil wrap and cool boxes for the beach. Smathers beach is literally a 5-10 min walk from the property and is one of the best beaches on Key West. For an alternative the pool area is also very nice with a hot tub, sauna and BBQ areas. We found we needed the car to travel to the supermarket (Publix) and restaurants, although Duval street is a walkable 20-25 mins and better to walk to Old town as parking is a bit of a nightmare. Would recommend the property as in a quieter area away from the crowds of Duval but not too far to join in !!

From the minute we booked our trip, Shannon and her team could not have been more helpful or responsive to our inquires. The unit was the ideal set up for 2 couples traveling together. All the amenities of home in a clean, updated and safe environment. The complex has a beautiful tropical feel with stunning ocean views by the pool. Numerous charcoal grills are perfect for the night you want to stay in with a good bottle of wine and put your feet up and relax. Next time you head to Key West, make Conch in the Treetops your Home Away From Home. You'll be glad you did.

The condo was just amazing - everything was brand new, so clean and had everything you could need on your vacation. We absolutely loved the pool - huge! Also the rec room for the kids was perfect. We were close enough to the "action" of Key West, yet still in a quiet area to really enjoy some relaxation. Thank you for the tour of the other properties prior to our departure --- we will be back!! And if this particular condo is not available (which we hope it is) we know you will help us find one just as nice! Thanks again for everything.

Conch in the Treetops is spacious, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with extra touches in the kitchen. It is even prettier than the pictures on the website. The pool is surrounded by lush garden walkways and beautiful views out to the ocean. Smathers Beach is a short walk beside the property. The sand is white and soft. There were no waves, but the water was perfect for skim-boarding and paddle-boarding. Our property manager Shannon was wonderful, making recommendations for excursions and restaurants. We loved Clearly Unique For kayaking and snorkeling. The sidewalks are great for morning runs and bike-riding along the sea wall. This was the perfect getaway!
