We came down to Key West for the first time with another couple. This location was a perfect spot to relax in this quiet complex. Two pools to choose from for chilling and a short drive or bike ride to the action of Duval street. We have other friends already booking here for February. Definitely stay here on our next trip down.

Place is quite and cozy, a large condo for the price, easy to get places. Showers are amazing with lots of hot water. I would recommend getting the hop off and on trolly tour tickets, their is a stop less than a half mile from condo. Their ia an elevator to condo, so easy to unload, and your own parking space is a high commodity.

We stayed at Coconut Mallory and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were more than accommodating and always responded promptly to any questions we may have had. We would definitely return. The condo was exactly as it looked in the pictures. The main pool was very nice and well kept. The grounds were well kept and it was in a very peaceful location. Parking was great and we felt safe there. Victor and Patrick were top notch! Thank you so much!

It was spacious with a great open concept kitchen, dining and living room space. The bedrooms were comfortable and main bathroom very spacious. Last Key assigns a specific person to your visit, and they met us at check in to show us the unit and explain everything which was very helpful. There is a great pool right next to the unit. The wrap around deck area was very nice especially in the mornings for breakfast. Everything in Key West was just a quick uber ride away, but there is also parking provided. It was great having fans and a washer/dryer right in the unit. We would stay here again.

We were thrilled to have an entire floor to ourselves with a spacious porch. Plenty of room for our group of 4; two bathrooms with showers. Communication with our concierge was stellar. Easy access to pool and nearby dock to watch barracuda, nurse sharks, and a manatee.

Great place to stay with a boat in Key West. Perfectly situated between the Gulf and the Atlantic. The unit was clean and easy to check-in. We have stayed on the property for opening of lobster season two years now. Hope to make it a third next year!

We visit Key West every year, and this condo was, by far, the most comfortable place we have ever stayed. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make dinners like we were at home on the nights we chose to stay in. The outdoor living space is perfect, covered with a large dining table and a great view of the pool. The marina is a hidden gem of Key West, quiet, and a great spot to kayak and fish off the docks. The kids loved both pools. We will definitely visit again!

We stayed at the Coconut Mallory condo #201. It was very nice and clean. Both bedrooms have separate access to the full wrap around balcony. The kitchen was fully furnished which was very convenient as we cooked several meals there. Victor was very hospitable and even dropped off delicious Key Lime pie! My girlfriend and I have stayed in KW several times. My brother and his wife joined us this time so we needed something a little bigger. This condo did not disappoint. Last Keys host was very good at communicating. Even met us at the condo to make sure we did not have any questions. Never made it over to hot tub and smaller pool. Our unit overlooked a large, heated pool. There were never more than a handful of people there. Easy Uber to downtown Key West, but plenty of restaurants, etc. close by. Condo had enough laundry soap, dishwasher soap, coffee, etc, that we did not need to get our own. Nice place, would stay, again. Victor, our contact, was great.

Great place,very clean, spacious, amazing sunrises at the marina and friendly people. It was nice to have the space, the bathrooms are amazing and we never ran out of hot water, which is usually an issue when there are 5 people to get ready. The beach towels and cooler provided were awesome since we went to the beach a few days. Having all the amenities of home but not having to pack everything was great. Only a few miles from the beach and stores.

We loved this property and will stay here again. It is a ways away from all the activities which we did not mind. If you're up for a walk you can walk to Smathers Beach. It has a nice pool and bar on the property. Also, a key lime pie waiting in our fridge!

This property is beautiful! The place is nicely decorated, there were small amenities that we didn’t have to buy, the towels provided were plentiful & spa quality, the beds were ready for us, and it was exceptionally clean. We had a rental car & getting around was quite easy.

Awesome accommodations. Our host, DannyParker was great and very hospitable. The unit was extremely clean and comfy. The balcony surrounds the entire unit on the sides and it is covered to boot! It helped us enjoy the outside on the rainy Sunday we spent in Key West. There is a bar on the property called the Boathouse Bar. Beer and wine were reasonably priced and the bar had a dart board, foosball table and pool table. On the rainy Sunday I mentioned it was a great place to spend a few hours with friends from our group.
The unit also comes with a boat slip if you happen to have a boat which we didn’t and it’s located right next to the Boathouse Bar.
The other couple that shared the unit with us did not expect such clean and inviting accommodations and were also very pleased about the unit. Thanks again to Danny for the delicious Key Lime pie, Prosecco and beer that was placed in the unit for our special occasion which helped us unwind after the drive from Orlando once we arrived.
We would highly recommend these accommodations to all and would for sure stay there in the future. Thanks for everything, Last Key!

The rental was very clean and the property managers were very communicative. They made the whole process from booking, to arrival, to checkout stress-free. The property is in a quiet area and only a 10 minute drive to downtown Duval Street & Mallory Square giving it the best of both worlds. We went during rainy season and the wraparound porch was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a coffee while we waited for the brief rain to pass. The rental was very clean and the property managers were very communicative. They made the whole process from booking, to arrival, to checkout stress-free. The property is in a quiet area but less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Duval Street & Mallory Square giving it the best of both worlds. We went during rainy season and the wraparound porch was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a coffee while we waited for the brief rain to pass. I would recommend this property to anyone looking in Key West!

We loved our stay here. The condo was beautiful and clean. There was even a delicious key lime pie in the fridge waiting for us when we arrived. There's a lovely Marina with a restaurant. We were 15 minutes away from Old Town. The pool was clean and refreshing. I look forward to another visit and would definitely recommend this condo to my friends and family.

We loved our stay here. The condo was beautiful and clean. There was even a delicious key lime pie in the fridge waiting for us when we arrived. There's a lovely Marina with a restaurant. It was my first trip to the Keys, so I was nervous about the location and proximity to the airport. Just book this property... that’s my best advice! Spacious bedrooms, large kitchen and dining room for socializing, awesome wrap around porch for time outside, two easy to access pools along with a little restaurant at the marina. Usually I want to spend more time outside exploring, but we totally enjoyed every minute at this impeccably clean and cozy property. Highly recommend!

It was my first trip to the Keys, so I was nervous about the location and proximity to the airport. Just book this property... that’s my best advice! Spacious bedrooms, large kitchen and dining room for socializing, awesome wrap around porch for time outside, two easy to access pools along with a little restaurant at the marina. Usually I want to spend more time outside exploring, but we totally enjoyed every minute at this impeccably clean and cozy property. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this spot. It is a quick Uber ride to the busy downtown area, and for true relaxation this apartment was spacious and spotless. We enjoyed the pool after a day of cycling, touring and visiting beaches. The bike rental was on site though the boat house , which is a small bar overlooking a little marina. The communication was great, and Danny our representative was there for us if we needed him.

This property is in a great location. Very conveniently located. We used the dock for our boat, the bar for a drink and the 2 pools to relax. Condo itself is clean, roomy and very comfortable with everything we needed including bbq down stairs. Check in and check out process very simple.

The property is beautiful and was very clean. I appreciated that they had extra towels and other things we needed. Check in and check out was very easy. We did have a couple of small challenges but the property management was very responsive and helpful. Last Key Realty, Inc. Has the most down to earth and professional staff. They accommodated us in every step of the vacation. The booking was done over the phone within 5 minutes and sent to us online so we could sign the contract and send back through email. We could keep up with our payments and travel for the condo we rented for the month of Feb. online with a very nice layout. We vacationed at the Coconut Mallory in suite 201 and it was gorgeous!!!  Everything was included and it was fully stocked.They had everything for the old school as well as the newer generations equipped in the unit. Dave has no work cut out for him & lots of time to play in the keys. His units are up to date and well taken care of.  He chose a great choice in management for his rentals.  Dan cannot be beat!! He absolutely without a doubt makes sure all of his guests are taken care of. Made us feel like we had known him forever. It was a two bedroom two bathroom suite equipped with a washer and dryer and oversized living room. You can enjoy the deck that  had 3 different entrances to go out and enjoy a nice evening breeze or a morning sunrise. Last Key Realty never disappoints if you want a reputable company I would suggest using them.Want to thank Dave the owner of the condo for sending Dan to us with a gift card and for also coming to see us off on our checkout day.  And also want to extend a Thank you to Dan also for his time and hospitality.  We will see you again next year!

The location is so perfect that you get any amenities you may need but are tucked out of the busyness. The deck is huge and both the pool and deck have the options for sun and shade. If you see that they have a murphy bed for extra guests, I'll tell ya that is the most comfortable bed ever. All of the appliances are new and clean, lots of spices pots n pans there are so many kitchen tools ,even both kurig and regular coffee pot. All of my group felt spoiled as each one of us thought we had the best space. I felt like the manager Danny was sitting by his phone waiting for us to call for anything we may have needed. He checked up on us via text to make sure we were having a great time. Hands down the best vrbo we have rented and we have been to a lot of places. We are going back to this one in March!

Everything was great except the elevator was not working which made it very difficult carrying our luggage up & down. We did inform Last Key immediately but it never did work.

We really loved staying at this property. Large master shower & tub, beach towels, great new tvs with options to use our apps, large wrap around deck. Close to Cow key marina where we rented kayaks and did a jet ski tour. The best part was the well equipped kitchen. Thanks for taking such good care to have everything we needed!

The condo was super clean and we had a fabulous stay. It was a very quiet location and within a mile of the airport. The elevator was out during our stay which was a minor inconvenience for us but could have been an issue for someone with mobility issues.

This condo had it all! We loved the cleanliness of the grounds, condo and pool! Our host was quick to respond when we reached out to him. We were able to book excursions through last key and that was amazingly easy! Thanks coconut mallory for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, well maintained, beautiful condo. It was very convenient for a morning run to the beach and nice to keep the boat on site. The tiki bar was a welcome sight when returning from a day of fishing and we enjoyed relaxing with a cocktail while watching other boaters drive by. We saw a manatee at the docks a couple days during our stay. Parking on the island is always an issue, but here we were happy to find covered and assigned parking. It was nice to have a full kitchen for preparing the fish we caught each day and enjoyed eating our catch on the large porch. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. It was the perfect location for our Key West vacation. I have recommend this condo to friends visiting this winter. I???m sure they will enjoy their stay as much as we did!
