THE LOCATION...

The Casa Marina district of Old Town Key West is one of the prime residential neighborhoods on the island. Just one block from the Casa Marina resort and beaches, this location offers the perfect balance of a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle while only being a short walk to Key West's best attractions. You'll be right around the corner from famous local restaurants like Louie's Backyard and Salute on the Beach and a few short blocks from the action at upper Duval Street. The private driveway offers off-street parking.

THE FIRST FLOOR LIVING SPACE...

As you enter, there is a home office just to the left, offering an isolated area to catch up on business (As a note, the computer pictured in the photo is not included in the property.) Moving down the hallway you'll find the open gourmet kitchen separated from the main living area by a bar island with seating for four. The kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances and has everything you need to whip up a meal at home. The dining area offers space for up to eight diners at the fabulous dining table and there's a bar area just off the dining space.

The main living area is perfect for lounging on a rainy day or escaping the sun for a bit. You can't help but enjoy the enormous flat screen TV, which is accompanied by a set of leather couches and chairs that offer plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The downstairs hall bathroom also has a large glass shower, so you can quickly rinse off after the beach.

THE POOL & GROUNDS...

The back yard is truly one of the highlights of this home. Lush landscaping complete with beautiful orchids creates the ultimate island feel. The large heated pool is surrounded by a garden of palm trees and ferns that provide privacy and gets great sunlight all day. There's plenty of chaise lounges, an outdoor dining set with seating for 6, and a deluxe BBQ grill to enjoy an outdoor meal.

CASA SUITE CASA is so named because of the unique design of the accommodations: Each bedroom is a suite with an en-suite bathroom, lounge areas, ceiling fans, and flat screen TVs.

** First Master Suite: Located on the Second Floor with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

** Second Master Suite: Located on the Second Floor with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

** Third Master Suite: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a raised bathtub, dual sinks, and a large marble shower.

** Fourth Master Suite: Located on the Third Floor with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large glass shower.
