If you’re questioning booking this property for your large group stay, just do it! Great quiet location, plenty of room for everyone to have their own bedroom/bathroom, large open pool area for everyone to hang out. The pool area was a big hit with our group, we ended up grilling and chilling more around the pool than we planned. Very close walk to Smathers Beach. It was a perfect family getaway and we would definitely stay here again!!

The house was perfect. Clean and very comfortable. 11 women for 4 nights all had space and comfort. Close, easy Uber/cab ride downtown. Easy to get to beach for the day. Everything great!!!

We were looking for a nice place to stay with 12 of us traveling, and this place did not disappoint. The house is great, with all the bedrooms having their own bathroom, all the sitting areas inside and outside, and the pool was a big plus. Host is very responsive and fast. I would definitely recommend this house to friends, and if we go back to Key West, we will book this house again.

We were a group of nine men in our 40s that came in to town for a bachelor party and to fish. We could not have been happier with the accommodations. The home is perfectly set up for a large group. Our stay was amazing! Description and photos do not do it justice! We were there for our Wedding on Smathers Beach. Our adult children, mom and grandchild joined us. Being able to sit around the table all together to eat was so great. The individual bathrooms and thermostat in each room priceless. Pool area speaks for itself! Communication with Dan was top notch! The concierge service so helpful! Five Stars!!!

We loved this location. Has 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Plenty of open space both inside and out to accommodate the 6 couples who stayed there. Location was 1.5-2 miles from Duval Street, which was perfect for our group. Pool is small but we knew that going in; water temp was warm upon arrival and we hung out there quite a bit. Only thing we noticed was the house is positioned so it was blocking the sun majority of the day (in April). We will definitely go with Key West Realty again when we visit. Great experience overall.

The place was updated, clean and comfortable. The location is a little loud with traffic which surprised me that neighbors complained about noise. Honestly, how do the property managers believe a house with 6 bedrooms, 16 people and a pool would be quiet I do not quite understand. At least the police were friendly for the most part. Otherwise very happy with our stay .

We loved hosting Patti! She brings up a good point; this home is located in the midst of a mostly residential neighborhood, so we do ask that the guests be respectful of the neighbors. This doesn't mean you can't have a good time by the pool, just please don't do it at midnight on a Wednesday :)

We had 6 couples together in this marvelous house! Daniel the house manager made our check in seamless and attended to our questions and needs promptly. Each couple had a king size bed and bath which for our group is a MUST. The lower pool area is where we loved hanging out. The home was well appointed and clean. It was a nice quiet neighborhood with a short bike ride into town. Bicycles or golf carts are highly recommended if you don’t have a car. We had Chelsea and Devin come into cook dinner the last night. The seafood paella, salad, roasted veggies and homemade key lime pie were delicious. We also did a private BYOB sunset cruise which was TONS of FUN. Thanks to Cecilly at Last Key realty who set these activities up for us. It was a great stay!

We needed to switch our vacation from England to the US last minute and found this gem. There were 6 of us and the house was plenty big enough. The pool is small but warm, even in December. We stayed for 6 nights, rented a golf cart, and went all over Key West. Every place took 10 minutes to get to. We ate out, had food delivered, grilled at home, it was all fun and easy. I cannot say enough good things about this house. My only complaint, hearing roosters all day and all night, but that is Key West. You just have to get used to it.

This place is better than what the pictures show. The rooms and common areas are larger in person easily accommodating 6 couples. The location is great but bicycles are a must unless you want to take Uber/Lyft. Our group highly recommends this property.

I staying in this house with a group of girlfriends. It was absolutely perfect! The listing doesn't even do it justice. It was clean, huge, updated, and spacious. Both indoor and outdoor space are great. And the property manager is amazing-- he greeted us upon arrival with a Key (West) lime pie, tequila, and a bag of ice. He walked us through the property to show us where everything is and how to use it all. He also responded instantly the one time I had a question about the house. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

This house is awesome. Definitely updates will amenities. Each room has its own temperature control and bathroom. The bool is nice and there's a large area to hang out outside.
There is a concierge service that comes with the house that will help you set up tours or boat rentals, facilitate food and alcohol deliveries and even store your luggage for you if you arrive early or have a late flight.
10/10 would go back here

We had 14 girls stay here for a bachelorette party and it was PERFECT. The Property Manager, Danny, was amazing and put signs on the doors with each girls' names, provided us with some household essentials when we ran out, and even dropped off an additional bluetooth speaker. It was the perfect house with each room featuring an en suite bathroom. The pool was the perfect way to cool off and the location was ideal - only a 5 minute uber to Duval St!

This was a perfect spot for our family vacation with 3 families. The house is wonderful from top to bottom. Everything we needed for a great week was provided from a stocked kitchen to beach towels and pool toys. Location was 10 min from anywhere we wanted to go. Everyone having their own bedroom & bathroom was so nice and each bedroom even had its own thermostat! Off street parking with garage was great too. Can’t say enough- don’t hesitate to rent this property.

The property was described very accurately! Location was good in terms of proximity to airport and beach. A bit far from the downtown area but not horrible. The rooms are all themed and decorated SO well. The kitchen is stocked with great stuff and everything is in good working order, Would stay there again for sure!

We loved our stay at Belle of the Beach. The house was in amazing condition and we were able to walk to the beach each day (1.5 blocks). The guest coordinator was extremely helpful as well. We easily biked to Duval and Mallory Square. Ubers were available within minutes. I would absolutely return to this property.

Amazing house, even better than the pictures! Each bedroom has a private bath. Everything is brand new and feels so clean. Tons of outdoor seating near the pool and grill. 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive from downtown. Danny was incredibly helpful and responsive, he stored our luggage for us when we arrived early. Great host, great property and great stay!

Last Key Realty is absolutely the best. I never wanted to review them or their places in the past just because I assumed they would be all booked up when I want to go on vacation. First off I have stayed at more then 4 different companies in different houses and Last Key is absolutely the best. This house is brand new it is unbelievably clean and right next to the beach. The pool is heated and the outdoor area is perfect for parties and it is private. The kitchen is stocked with everything. This place is amazing. If I was to own a home in the Keys this would be it. Just awesome. Lastly I want to thank Danny from Last Key who let us stay past checkout as we were moving from this house to the one we rent every year. Danny thank you so much. I will hopefully be back in this house in December if it is available.

House was laid out wonderfully. Almost everyone had their own bed & each room had a bathroom with 1 extra living room bathroom. Pool was great. Decks and balconies were awesome. Was under $20 Uber to almost everywhere. Loved it.

This house is very beautiful. It includes absolutely everything you need. Each room has an individual thermostat which is very nice. My only issue was that each of the thermostats did have pre sets so they would sometimes make the rooms too hot. The beds were comfortable, but they are two smaller beds combined and you can tell when cuddling in the middle of the bed. Each room has its own bathroom with a half bathroom in the kitchen. This makes your trip amazing because nobody has to fight for the bathroom. A grill is included with gas which makes it a perfect night for grilling. The only downfall I had with this property is that the pool heater is not included with your purchase which is kind of crazy considering the price you pay. The thermostats also have presets so you need to check those. House was very clean and the location is beautiful. Would recommend to a friend.

We could not have picked a better house for our family vacation to Key West! 5 minutes from Key West Airport 5 minute walk to 2 beaches 10 minutes from Duval (main strip with all the shops and bars) The convenience to everything was great, but the neighborhood was the only thing that was a negative about the location. I would recommend taking the extra time to drive to Publix if you need groceries because the local markets are very rundown and have some interesting individuals who like to hang around outside. The only downside to the house is that it is not fully gated in so if you have young children or animals joining you on your trip you will have to keep a close eye to make sure they don’t sneak away towards the road - it looks as though they are still constructing the gating so that may be different later on. The house looked exactly like the pictures and they set up each bedroom just as I had requested to convert all twin beds into kings. I have never stayed in a rental home where all bedrooms have their own bathroom + an extra half bath near the living room and kitchen - and now I might put make that a must have for all my future vacations. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! The concierge service that comes with the property is outstanding and helped us find a rental boat for 9 people with just 2 days notice. They were very friendly and had a lot to offer! The cleanliness was impeccable - seemed as though we were the very first people to stay at the home (including a brand new grill with all the utensils needed that we used on the first night). To top it all off they had a Kermit’s Key Lime Pie in the fridge for us when we arrived which was absolutely delicious! Plenty of towels for both the bathrooms and pool. They also provided a few laundry pods for us to do wash as needed. The attention to detail I found in this stay was very impressive and I would definitely stay again if the rates were to stay the same!
