THE LIVING AREA...

Upon entering, you'll immediately get the feeling that you have been transported to a Caribbean island as the bright colors and music of BAHAMIAN BLUES overcome you. The living room has comfortable furnishings, including a plush sofa that pulls out to a Queen sleeper, offering plenty of seating options for everyone to gather in front of the large flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen will meet the demands of even the most ambitious chef, with top-of-the line stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet and counter space. The indoor dining table seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen bar for four. A half bathroom is located just off the living area for convenience.

THE POOL AREA...

The French doors of the living room open to the sunny pool deck and patio, which can be transformed into a cool, shaded space with the simple push of a button, thanks to the motorized sunsetter awning mounted above the French doors. The backyard is fully fenced for maximum privacy and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The heated pool has convenient steps for easy access and a soothing waterfall. Fire up the propane grill for a poolside BBQ using the outdoor dining set, with seating for six.

THE LOCATION…

BAHAMIAN BLUES is only a short walk to the heart of Old Town Key West, and an easy walk or bike ride to the best beaches and sunset views at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and the newly constructed Truman Waterfront Park. No visit to Key West would be complete without a selfie at the iconic Southernmost Point Buoy, which is located just a few blocks away. You’ll also be within walking distance to a number of Key West's best and most unique restaurants, including Blue Heaven, Santiago's Bodega, and Moondog Cafe. While you won't need a car to get around, this home does have one off-street parking space available in the driveway for a small to mid-sized vehicle.
