THE LOCATION…

AZURE DAYDREAM is located at Mile Marker 25 on Summerland Key. You'll be a 30-minute drive or Uber ride from Key West, and the commute is beautiful: sapphire blue waters on either side of the road. Best of all, you won't even have to go far to find restaurant and entertainment options within minutes of your front door. Take the short drive or bike ride to Keys' favorite, Square Grouper, for fresh seafood and live music. You’ll also be within a few minutes of Broil Small Island Steakhouse and Tonio’s Seafood Shack and Tiki Bar.

THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN…

Take the exterior stairs of this elevated Keys home to enter through the front door. Upon entering, you’ll be greeted with soaring vaulted ceilings and warm island vibes of the spacious living area. The living room features a plush sectional sofa and comfy reclining chairs, which are situated across from the large flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and dining room. Preparing gourmet meals from home is easy at AZURE DAYDREAM thanks to plenty of counter space and the modern appliances, including a gas range. The indoor dining table offers seating for six, with a leaf insert that expands the table size to seat eight.

THE OUTDOOR SPACE & DOCK…

AZURE DAYDREAM is a boater’s dream! Situated on a deep canal with 60 feet of concrete seawall, this home offers easy access to both the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico. You’ll be able to keep your boat docked right out back on the concrete seawall, which is equipped with dock posts, cleats, water supply, and a fish cleaning station. There’s plenty of outdoor seating options near the canal and in the shade, including a covered lounging area, complete with an outdoor TV. Treat everyone to a BBQ of the day’s fresh catch using the propane grill and outdoor dining table with seating for six. The private outdoor space is fully fenced and landscaped with lush tropical foliage that provide privacy.

THE GAME ROOM…

One of the most unique features of this home is the game room, which is located downstairs and accessed through the back door. The game room offers a conversion pool/ping pong table, a foosball table, a poker table, and a slot machine. Tune into the big game or your favorite show on the flat screen TV while enjoying games. The kitchenette next to the game room is perfect for grabbing a snack or cold beverage. There’s also a full bathroom with extra laundry machines off the game room.
