Truman Annex is the most exclusive private residence community in Old Town Key West. Located just off the main drag of Duval Street, Truman Annex is an oasis of calm, quiet streets lined with palm trees and beautiful Floridian homes. The entrance to Truman Annex is secured by a 24-hour staffed guard gate and you can use the residential entry gate keys to come and go on foot at night. Just beyond Truman Annex is the newly constructed Truman Waterfront Park - complete with a family friendly playground area and the Key West amphitheater.
THE PRIVATE POOL...
The entire pool area is fenced in and surrounded by tropical landscaping. Spend your days soaking up the sun in the chaise lounges that sit next to the heat-optional pool, or escape to the shaded patio, which offers additional outdoor seating. Fire up the propane grill and enjoy a poolside BBQ using the full outdoor dining set with seating for six. Whether you’re having an intimate cookout of today's fresh catch or a champagne toast before a day on Duval, you'll have plenty of space outside to enjoy.
THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...
Upon entering through the front door, you’ll be greeted with a light-filled living area and modern furnishings. Swing open the double set of back French doors to let the island breezes to flow in. The plush sofas and armchair provide plenty of comfortable seating options for your group to gather in front of the large flat screen HD Smart TV. The dining room has a large dining table with seating for six.
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features gourmet stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, and every tool you'll need to prepare meals from the comfort of home. There’s plenty of prep space on the concrete countertops and lots of storage in the cabinets that reach the ceiling. The first floor bathroom is conveniently located just off the living area.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS...
DIAMOND GIRL features four bedrooms, three of which are suites.
** Suite #1: Located on the First Floor with a King bed, a flat screen HD TV, direct access to the pool area, and a recently renovated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
** Suite #2: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a massive walk-in closet, a flat screen HD TV, a separate sitting area, direct access to the second floor office space, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a garden tub.
** Suite #3: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a flat screen HD TV, a separate sitting area, direct access to the second floor office space, and a recently renovated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
** Bedroom #4: Located on the Second Floor with a Queen bed and a flat screen TV.

** Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

A wonderful 7 day vacation with the help of LAST KEY REALTY!!!!!!
Last Key Realty is a 5 Star operation!!! Victor Redd with Last Key Realty is also a 5 Star gentleman!!! Last Key contacted us before arriving and purchased our groceries, and everything was in the house as ordered!! Last Key also made dinner reservations for us during our 7 day stay and every restaurant was excellent!!! Last Key also arranged our golf cart for our stay. The golf cart service was waiting on us when we arrived at the house!!! The house….was perfect!!! Location, size, pool, furniture, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen 5 STAR!!!!
The house was absolutely, perfectly, unbelievably clean!!!!! Thank You Very Much to the housekeeping staff 5 STAR++++

The Perfect Destination
As a group of 4 friends, this property was absolutely perfect. It was a great house that we loved spending time at and was also close to all the bars, restaurants and shops we wanted to go to. It was the perfect place for our week in paradise.

Another Great Trip!
Yet again, a very nice time in Key West. Although the virus had things different, we still had as much fun as we always do. We stayed at 62 Front Street in Truman (our favorite area). The home was very inviting, as it has been in the past. Thank you Shel for your guidance at arrival and during out stay. Hats off to you our friend - always great to see you. We even took the kids to a sand sculpting class at Casa Marina Hotel. Look forward to our October visit. All for now - Happy Key Lime!!

Another wonderful trip to beautiful Key West! We rented Seventh Heaven and it was a lovely home.

Amazingly Fun

Perfect home for a Key West Adventure
Wonderful rental home! The outdoor/ pool area was perfect! The new grill worked great! Bedrooms were plenty big except for the Queen bedroom. ( it was very small for 2 adults). There are 3 full baths so that bedroom has to share- would be helpful if one of the upstairs baths opened into the hall. The kitchen and dining table were the perfect size for 8 adults. The location was Ideal- close to everything and the landscaping was beautiful to look at after a long Midwestern winter! Shel was always available if needed! The concierge team was helpful as well! Immaculate
Shel and Last Key Realty was fantastic to work with. We travel to Key West about 5-6 times a year and this was our first time renting from this management. Shel was super responsive and so friendly, he really made the difference compared to other companies we have rented with. Another FANTASTIC stay with Last Key
My family and I have been renting homes through Last Key Realty the last five years. We always know when we book through LKR that we will be well cared for, with each home being clean, properly maintained, and well stocked. Any needs that arise are always met in a timely manner. We rented Seventh Heaven on our last trip. Comfortable home with plenty of bedrooms and a beautiful living room. The location is within walking distance to a park and splash pad, a plus when traveling with two young children! I highly recommend booking through Last Key Realty.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay!
Great house in a great neighborhood that is close to Duval, but not too close. Unlike other places I’ve stayed in Key West, this house had great Wi-Fi and large HD TVs. House was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Our host was Shel, and he was friendly, gracious, and completely on top of all issues. He worked hard to make sure our stay was enjoyable as possible.

Another great stay with Last Key
Our second time to rent a home in Truman Annex was as wonderful as the first. Thanks to Shel, our Guest service coordinator, we were in good hands. He had the house ready on our arrival, gave us a quick tour of it, updated us on the best restaurants around town and it was very comforting knowing he was there when and if we needed him. We look forward to going back in the spring and again, having Shel there for us!

Oh my oh my - Seventh Heaven Is Amazing
